🎮 The joystick that everyone should try 🎮
I’ve been using the KK3 Max controller for a while, and honestly, it’s pretty solid. The grip feels great, and the buttons are super responsive, which is perfect for intense gaming sessions. The connection with the dongle is fast and reliable, and if you’re someone who’s picky about latency, using it with the cable gives you zero delay, which is awesome. The fact that it comes with a hard case is such a bonus!! it’s great for keeping the controller safe when you’re traveling or just storing it at home. For the price, I think it’s a fantastic option. It feels premium without costing a fortune, and it’s packed with features that make it a great pick for both casual and serious gamers.

Awesome controller for those willing to tinker with some settings!
At first I was a bit frustrated because I couldn't get the controller to sync to my Switch and I failed at attempting to update the firmware on my PC (I think it already has the newest firmware). But after finally getting into to sync to my Switch which oddly enough required my Nintendo Pro Controller to be disconnected for it to finally work, I was setup and ready to go. I saw a lot of reviews state the controller sometimes double hits buttons and I'm willing to bet that's because they have the auto-fire setting ON. I know this because initially I had the same problem but that resolved it so make sure to check the manual because this is a easy mistake to make. If you're willing to tinker with auto-fire, lighting, vibration and haptic settings you'll find this controller is highly customizable. I've been using it rigorously for about a week now and I absolutely love it. Not only does it work with Switch but it connected through Bluetooth with ease to my mobile device, works on both of my PCs either wirelessly with the included dongle or wired with the included cable. It even worked wired and wireless with my Evercade VS! This feels and responds like an official Xbox controller which is definitely a compliment but it has hall effect thumbsticks which are superior to what Microsoft currently has. This controller does have a bit of an identity crisis since other than the Switch every other device I used it for treated it like a Xbox controller so if you need to look at your controller to know which button is which you're bound to get confused since A-B and X-Y are flipped between the two. It comes with everything you need out of the box and even some nice extras. It includes paddles if you want to install them on the back, extra buttons, a nice plastic case, wireless dongle and the charging cable. The battery lasted quite long on it's initial charge and all in all I'm very pleased with the controller so far. I highly recommend it especially for those seeking a great controller to use on multiple devices but if you're the type the just wants something that's plug and play with no fuss out of the box you might not like the initial setup process.

I LOVE GULIKIT KING KONG CONTROLLERS
I love these controllers. I've had the kkpro2 controller for a year or so now, and I have loved it since I first got it. The primary problems with the first one were the connectivity issues, but they were quickly solved by the dongle, which sadly, was not included. This one came with a dongle, and it works great. The only thing taking getting used to (besides retraining my hands to actually try to use the paddles on the back) is turning off the controller is no longer double tapping the mode button on the back, that instead switches between modes, and turning it off requires you to hold the button. This one is great, except the lights aren't configurable, just on or off essentially, with a couple modes between for combinations of center light, on or off with the stick lights on or off. All off is an option, which I use for to save battery. The sticks are quieter than the previous model, so if you have to escape a zombies grab in Resident Evil, you probably won't wake your wife. The triggers have a new textured feel on the lower half, it was weird at first, but I got used to it within minutes, and I like it now. Finally having swappable button schemes is nice, I love being able to finally ditch that godawful switch layout in favor of the xbox layout. Though, if they drop playstation glyph buttons, I'll snap those up in a heartbeat, especially if I can get them in that lavender color they have on the white controller. Overall, the controller is great, I love the sticks, the triggers feel awesome, swappable button layout is greatly appreciated, and the dongle being included is wonderful.

Worthless
I wish i could give it less stars. If you use linux then look elseware because this controller is just awful. Wired mode wont work because the controller will just spam insane random inputs alt tabbing through applications and messing everything up. So i tried using bluetooth and it has 3 different options which emulate 3 different controllers and only the switch controller would actually pair with my computer but then it wouldnt actually work as a controller absolutely no inputs would register. Though it could be user error because my game registered the controller as player two after changing the emulated controller and relaunching the game wouldnt fix it i had to log out and back in. I finally got the wireless usb dongle to pair and got the game to work with the controller and the back paddles are so laggy that its literally impossible to use them and thats the only reason i bought the controller. If i press the a button on front it does the action immediately. When i press the back paddle with a assigned to it it will do the action about 3 seconds later. Ive tested it with other devices namely my steamdeck and it didnt seem to lag like that so im guessing its from the wireless usb dongle which i had to use because bluetooth would not work at all. Id try to pair the bluetooth and the controller would just shut off. A quick web search told me i should plug the controller into a windows computer to update firmware or something but i literally dont have access to windows at all and im not installing that spyware on any computer i own. Im definitely not paying for that garbage and pirating an os is just asking for trouble so this is just an expensive paper weight. I figured bluetooth is fairly standard and if it works on android it should work on linux but i guess thats way too much to expect. Absolute garbage. Plus it has these stupid annoying lights that shine in my eyes and when you move the joysticks it makes them flash and its super annoying, i didnt see anything about turning them off in the settings but i didnt look too hard.

Great versatile controller for the price.
So far, the only reason this doesn't get a perfect 5/5 for me is the d-pad not being as good or accurate as my favorite D-pads (Xbox Series and Xbox 1 pad). I love the accuracy that allows for precision for cardinal and diagonals on the latest Xbox controllers and so far no other modern gamepad 1st or 3rd party captures it. I care about this a lot as a fan of fighters and platformers. Otherwise, I will say that the feature to lock the dpad to cardinal directions is very useful for puzzle games or anything that needs zero diagonals at all. Beyond the dpad stuff, the lighting/presentation is nice, and the controller comes with a great and sturdy case. You can swap the buttons to match the Xbox layout (default mirrors Nintendo), there are back paddles similar to Xbox elite controllers, and there are awesome triggers, Hall effect sticks to prevent drift, etc. Despite my concerns with the D-pad (the dpad is still usable and not bad btw...I would put it on par with maybe the Dual Sense which is sufficient, but not great for my tastes), I'd recommend it so far.

Amazing controller at a great price!
Amazing controller. The joysticks feel like feathers. It’s a good weight on the hand. Compatible with a lot of devices. Back buttons feel great as well! I was amazed with it when I opened it! Only thing to consider, is that the back buttons are mapped within the controller. So if you plan on using them with Steam and map them in the app, it won’t work. Very useful still, as I no longer need to use the claw grip to play and move the camera

A good looking controller that feels great in the hand
The controller appearance resembles that of a current gen Xbox controller with some additional buttons for switch functionality along with paddles on the back for customziability. When dealing with 3rd party controllers you often come across cheap feeling controllers, very light, and very clearly not using great materials. This controller has a good weight to it, again, similar to an Xbox controller but not as heavy as an Xbox Elite controller and lighter than an 8BitDo controller. Functionality wise this controller works with Switch (and Switch 2 most likely), PC, and Android. This does not work with Xbox or Playstation. The light up control sticks are a nice touch but only displays blue lighting. You can turn the lights off or make them do a strobing effect. All of the settings for the controller are programmed on the controller itself. In the box is a manual with guides on how to adjust everything including polling, vibration, Turbo, paddles, etc. This can be somewhat daunting but is easy enough to adjust how you want it to play. Having software to go with it to map or adjust the settings would be nicer as that it more the norm but I'm also thankful for one less program on my computer. As far as setup goes, again, manual will walk you through the process. It involves plugging in the USB receiver and hitting the sync button to pair the controller to the receiver. Very similar to most other controllers. It can also be setup with Bluetooth instead of the receiver as well as a USB C cable for wired connectivity. The control sticks are hall effect sticks meaning less likelihood of experiencing stick drift. I have not an extensive amount of playtime to know whether or not these sticks will hold up but so the quality feel of the sticks gives me hope they'll last me a while. In the box you'll get a hardshell case for the controller that will also have the USB receiver as well as a button remover tool. You'll use this to extract buttons if you need to. It will contain a fairly long USB C cable (maybe 5ft?), manuals and stickers, and additional buttons and paddles. Very well packaged and put together. All in all, this is great controller if you're looking at getting a more quality and feature rich experience compared to your basic stock controllers that come with your switch or off of Amazon. It's not cheap but it's not to expensive compared to some higher end pro controllers. Has a great feel and looks good. Would buy again.

Decent Elite Alternative
Really solid controller. Full featured for sure and I made great use of the various connectivity options. I am a heavy gamer and used this controller as a daily driver for the past year. It felt great the whole time. Unfortunately there are two major cons to this controller. The battery life was rather shallow. It never stopped me from gaming when I wanted to but it did require more frequent charging than I was used to. I previously used the expensive Xbox controllers and some regular Xbox controllers and this had the shortest charge out of all. Note, this is likely due to the improved stick technology which is a fair trade if you ask me. The sticks are still like new to this day. The next big con is the same problem that made me ditch official Xbox controllers. The controller broke in less than a year of daily driving. Specifically for me, the trigger broke and stopped resetting. It doesn't hurt as bad as the Xbox Elite 150 dollar controllers since its cheaper and lasted only a little less than that. But both controllers should be able to last longer. The same failure point, bumpers and triggers, on all of them. I'm trying gulikit's esports controller that's 30$ now and I'll follow up with that later. Tl;Dr competitive price for features and quality but has a short battery and similar failure rates to official options.

Broke in less than a year
Worked well, no drift, but stopped working before even 1 year.
