I really wanted to love this bag. So much so, that I bought it twice.i loved the design. This dog carrier really looks like a designer handbag. However I had to return it both times because it arrived with tiny nicks in the material of the outside of the bag. Beautiful in appearance, My 3 1/2 pound Yorkie would have had ample room to move about as I carried her in and out of stores or places of business. No one would suspect that you have your fur baby with you in this classy carrier.  That being said, you also don't want people staring at your bag beacause it's raggedy appearance either. The design concept is right, but the material is flimsy and tears easily. Amazon did allow me to return the bag both times with a full refund.
