It has the simplest of ingredients of just Tomatoes, Cane Sugar, Olive Oil, Onion, Garlic and Salt and especially NO MSG unlike other Sofrito competitors like Goya. I don't know the best way to describe the difference between the two other than saying you can't go wrong with Matiz Sofrito, but the best way is by trying it out! **Q: Does this contain any MSG ?** A: Since it IS made in Spain, you can rest assured that ALL ingredients are listed on the label required in all EU countries. **Q: Will not comsume is 7 days.
