Apparently my food storage plan is just Ovaltine
Apparently my food storage plan is just Ovaltine I reorder this stuff constantly. At this point it’s not a beverage mix, it’s part of the structural integrity of my pantry. I’ve tried pretending I’m going to branch out and buy something different, but no. Eventually I come crawling back to this little yellow canister like it has my name written in the family records. It’s malty, comforting, easy to make, and somehow always hits exactly right. Hot, cold, doesn’t matter. I keep it stocked like there’s a very specific apocalypse coming where civilization collapses but milk is still available. And yes, this is seriously the most LDS thing I do. Other people have emergency wheat, powdered milk, and carefully rotated food storage. I have Ovaltine. A lot of Ovaltine. Five stars. If the pantry ever runs out, that’s when I’ll know things have truly gone wrong.

Just like I remember from childhood!
The same great Ovaltine you probably had as a child. We use in chocolate milkshakes. Yum.

Delicious!
Outstanding! Many people are allergic or cannot have chicolate. This is a wonderful alternative. I wish more stores would carry it. I had to buy it online.
