Product was not sealed properly and leaked out, what do I do?

Happened to mine as well. I did a "chat" with an associate (which is honestly getting harder and harder to locate) because they wanted me to return the bottle which spilled out. I had already tossed it. They were able to help me get the refund. So if you can't return the empty bottle/gross package but you have the time, contact customer service.

I don’t know

I’ve heard a lot of good things about this product. But I haven’t seen any effect on the growth of my eyebrows yet. Maybe I haven’t used it regularly, I’m not sure. I’m continuing to use it to see how it goes.

Ich bin 70 Jahre alt und seit ich das Öl für meine Gesichtshaut verwende, ist sie gut hydriert und geschmeidig und zeigt weniger Unreinheiten. Es ist sehr ergiebig, zieht relativ schnell ein und insgesamt auch als Körperöl zu empfehlen. Kaufempfehlung auf jeden Fall!

Cette huile de ricin biologique est excellente ! Elle rend mes cheveux plus forts et plus volumineux, et mes cils et sourcils semblent plus fournis après quelques semaines d’utilisation. Texture agréable, facile à appliquer, et aucun effet gras désagréable. Le produit est naturel et sent très bon. Très satisfaite, je recommande sans hésiter pour les soins capillaires et des sourcils/cils.

Wonderful castor oil! Purchased multiple times, great for facial moisturizer or for deep massage of a sore muscle. The consistency is thicker than most., but still glides well. Have had no issue with break outs when utilized on face to moisturize when face felt over dry .
