Pronation - here's your offset
I ordered the "XINIFOOT Orthotic Insoles Posture Correcting Shoe Insole for Foot Alignment, Plantar Fasciitis Pronation Flat feet Arch Support Shoe Inserts for Supination Relief Foot Alignment,Bow Legs, Knock-Knees" because I learned that the reason the soles of my shoes always wear unevenly is because my ridiculously high arches are part of my "pronation," a term I'd never heard at all before talking with a local OT.My feet are very wide (EEE) and it is hard to find shoes that are wide enough. Also, my arches are really, really high, and finding appropriate arch support is difficult. Combining those two variables means I never seem to have suitable support. I ordered these to see if "pronation/supination"-specific shoe inserts would help. I can tell you that these definitely did help. It doesn't resolve it entirely, but it's considerably better than when I wear my walking shoes without them. These are not the most comfortable inserts and they do not appear to have been designed to make it feel all soft and cushy in your shoes - I'd love that if they did, but one thing at a time, right? Initially, it felt weird to have what was always just a space in my shoe be filled with any kind of supportive structure. I got used to it after the first or second walk with the dog though. The only negative I can really give is that because these aren't really designed (exclusively) for comfort, sometimes they feel a bit hard. And by "hard" I mean there is occasionally a very noticeable hard plastic feel. Regardless, they offer more (and appropriate) support than other inserts I've tried, so I have to say they're good. Just wish they were... softer. In all, not a bad insert and I have no problem recommending these for anyone else who deals with pronation, especially when these are listed at only $9.99for a pair.

No arch support...
I've been using insoles in my shoes for a couple of years now mainly due to the fact that I have no arch at all. never have. When I get out of a pool you can see my entire foot on the concrete. Getting older and having a job where I'm on my feet for 12hrs I'm starting to have foot pain. I tend to walk and stand on the inside of my feet due to the lack of an arch. So I saw these and decided to give them a try. Pulling my shoe inserts out they fit pretty well and didn't need to be trimmed. They are pliable enough to be comfortable yet firm enough to give good support. The angle of the insert gives a decent amount of inner foot support to give me a decent amount of balance and decreases pain and fatigue a fair amount. The main issue I have with these is that there is no arch support whatsoever which leaves somewhat of a gap in overall support. But, they work well enough for now that I will continue to use them and and see how my feet adapt.

Beyond thankful!! 👣
Ever have something small make a huge difference? It’s the idea that you’re just “used” to something and you figure “why not; I’ll try it”.So, I’m a walker. I walk all the time, everywhere, as much as I can and have worn out many pairs of shoes. Along with this, I have high arches and a bit of knee pain. It’s ok right? I’m “used” to it. That is until I’m scrolling vine and see the description for these inserts describing “x” and “o” legs/knees (you know— pigeon toes/knock knees, or being bow legged) and I wonder, “why not, I’ll try it” -shrug-Let me say… these have been the BEST thing for my knees since my losing weight in the first place. I take it that the insoles have properly aligned my feet from the ground, then the pressure’s off my knees and from there, my hips are feeling it less as well!!In the appx two weeks I’ve worn them (and I put them RIGHT in my daily shoes out the pkg), my knees feel SO much better and don’t have pressure or ache in them or pop as much when I get up from sitting. Will this be the same for EVERYone? Likely not. However, I hightly recommend based on my experience!! 😀

Make good padding
I tested these XINIFOOT Orthotic Posture Correcting Insoles by wearing them in the sneakers I work out in.They come in a resealable plastic sleeve with the information and instructions printed on the back. You get 1 pair for a reasonable price. They are molded from a dense foam rubber with a fabric covering on the top.I selected the 'O' type insoles for correcting bowed legs. Although not a huge problem for me, I was always self-conscious about the slight bow in my legs and wanted to see how these would work at possibly straightening them. After removing the insole out of my sneakers, I slid these in and they fit perfectly in my 10.5 sneakers without trimming. At first I could really feel these insoles filling up my sneakers. For my first elliptical workout I could feel the pressure in my left ankle and right knee. Not painful, just pressure. My second day working out with them I hardly felt the insoles doing anything.Third and fourth day I forgot I was using them. So, after 4 days of use while exercising, my personal opinion is that these are probably a gimmick, but they do make really comfortable insoles after breaking in.It seems to me you can't correct 'O' legs or 'X' legs with an insole like this. It's just going to put pressure on your ankles and knees until the insoles compress flat. I don't see it changing your bone structure over time.I decided to elevate them to 4 stars due to the affordable price (just under $10), cushioning and fact that they don't specifically claim to straighten your leg bones.I can't recommend these for correcting any alignment issues.

Chemicals
Smells strong of chemicals/toxic. Probable sending back. I’m not putting them in my shoes I know that much. Don’t recommend for that reason. Don’t know about comfort or support for I didn’t try them.
