If I had spent a bit more time looking at their machines, I would have picked the one with air assist and a moveable bed but that's not really a problem as it doesn't get heavy-duty work yet, and if we DO upgrade, we will definitely go back to Signzworld. Great customer service, too, when the delivery people were being awkward. Update: Sadly, after not a lot of use, it's stopped cutting.
