My partner was really impressed by how practical and encouraging the book is, especially in how it dives into the root causes of relationship challenges while offering strategies for personal growth. After reading parts of it, I have to agree with her and I personal think LePera’s ability to explain these complicated concepts and explain them to all audiences with practical, actionable steps is amazing. LePera’s approach is both insightful and accessible, turning complex psychological concepts into actionable steps. My partner mentioned how the book blends therapeutic techniques with holistic wisdom, and I could see how that really helped her—and now me—understand the importance of self-love in improving our relationship dynamics. It’s not just a guide to better relationships; it’s a roadmap for personal healing and growth. I’m glad I picked it up for her, and even more so that it’s had such a positive impact on both of us. With that said, some of the points in this book and what my partner has brought out of this for us, such as handling triggers, regulation of one’s emotions and feelings, had allowed me to understand how to work with her self-help progress. It has made me personally take a larger look into my past with my trauma history which I never would of realised I engage with daily in my personal journey. Great book for understand a depth of therapeutic techniques and psychological concepts which you can bring in to your day-to-day or relationship; especially the reminders towards health and nutrition.
