Good tool
Good tool for stripping butyl cable quick and fast. Takes a bit of getting blade correct depth but once mastered great.

Great for repetitive use.
Another tool in my bag that I'm not going to use very often.Bought it to strip NYY cable (hi tuff) and does the job when set up right. Still dubious about it slicing the insulation though.

Very easy to use, and useful to strip outer core of three core flex.
As per title.Takes a little bit of practice to get the cutter set up, but when that’s done it works a treat.Very reasonable price.Well made.

Can buy spare blades.. you’ll need to
It’s a great idea and good for soft flex, especially if you are doing a lot of the same flex. But needs adjusting to suit each cable size. Best for soft flex - not good for anything tough like SWA outer sheath. My blade snapped after a few uses - you need to make sure blade is set the right way before the cut otherwise it tries to turn 180 degrees and that’s how it snaps. However they do sell spare blades - turn end cap 1/4 turn and remove - split case and lift out to replace. Blades are about £3.50 but 10-14 day delivery to UK.

Great time saver.
Works well. Had loads of central heating wiring to install and this made a quick job of cutting the outer sheath back. Neat clean cuts.
