Works as described everytime. I like choosing the temperature & I like the size if the mat. Best feature is how it rolls up & stores easily in the bag. I take it to get togethers and there is always room to let someone else add their dish to my mat. It's always helpful. Easy to keep clean. I would purchase again & would recommend.

Coming from a south east Asian household, our meals are centered around a variety of dishes that pair with rice. Well by the time, you get through heating all the dishes, some of the earlier ones get cold. I gifted this to my mom and my SIL. It's super easy to use and roll up and put away daily. It keeps all the dishes warm! They've also used this during parties. With Thanksgiving coming up, this will definitely come in handy. Way more easier to clean and store than chafing dishes! Pretty reasonably priced too.

love this for my social gatherings. No longer leaving food on stove or in oven to stay warm. As Im unloading at family gatherings, everyone asks if I brought the warmer. Made thoughtful Christmas gifts, they now have there own.

I got this for hosting my family for the holidays, especially Easter since it needs so many things in the oven vs. the stovetop. I was able to make quiche and bacon and put them on here to wait for the second quiche to be done and serve everything nice and warm. I was originally concerned about it potentially causing damage to my countertop, but it has these little feet to keep the heating element from touching the countertop. I can't wait to use this again and again for keeping trays of hot dogs and burgers warm, pie, and cookies for 4th of July. Not to mention also Thanksgiving and Christmas. The only thing I wish would be a little different would be the color of the cord should be the same as the mat and not black.

Purchased this because I entertain a lot and wanted and alternative to sterno. This is it! Unroll it Plug it in and put the plate or pot on it and that's it. Clean up is a breeze, unplug let it cool and roll back up.

I am very excited about this pad. It gets very warm and it is large enough to put several large plates on. I'm very happy with this purchase and I love the fact that you can roll it up to store it.

The bowls stayed hot, but the food began to cool off within 15 minutes. I did not have them covered. I suppose keeping them covered would help retain the heat.

I switched on the tray, after 10 seconds , smoke started to come out from the bottom of the product. Immediately I switched it off.
