Até o momento, umas das melhores compras que fiz nos ultimos anos. Nota-se a qualidade do metal empregado já na primeira vez que se empunha a frigideira. Fritei ovo, peixe com pele, omelete, dentre outros. Nada gruda e a cocção é perfeita por toda a superfície. SImplesmente perfeita.

It's a good, sturdy pan, but one of the reasons I bought it was that it was advertised as induction compatible. It is NOT compatible with an induction cooktop. Buyer beware.
