After testing my soldering, the water flow was very slow on both hot, cold or both. It was like something was blocking the flow. I adjusted the hot water flow and that didn't make a difference. I removed the plastic valve body and didn't see anything blocking the ports (hot water in, cold water in, mixed water out). I rinsed out all the ports in the valve body in case something was stuck. I put the valve body back in and tested it again. The water flowed without problems. Valve closes water flow and doesn't leak. I don't have long term experience.
