This pillow has helped relieve back pain sitting long periods, however I am a petite woman and this pillow should be a bit bigger. As you hang over it when sitting and after a long period it does get uncomfortable. It's made well, not real hard, but should be a little bigger.

My wife was suffering after spending 38 days in a hospital bed. She had lost so much weight it was painful to sit in her recliner. Not comfortable enough for all the time use. Especially in bed even if your raised up in sitting position. Not as bad in chair she sits in all day but still doesn't like it but for around 3 or 4 hrs then it gets uncomfortable to her

I fell so hard, that I believe I cracked my tailbone. The pain is so intense, that even laying hurts, forget sitting down. Until this pillow arrived. It takes all pressure off my tailbone. I love it so much that once I heal, I will put it in our car with the most uncomfortable bucket seats, game changer! Buy this it works, and I have no sealing issues the fabric is soft. No tears or odd smells. Sooo worth it!
