Quality is good sounds great, Value for the money, easy to install. used it with my soundbar to connect to my pc works great.

Didn't work at all, I tried multiple USB ports but it was like my computer didn't even recognize that anything was plugged in, regardless of if I had the drivers for it. Maybe it makes a difference what monitor it is plugged into, but it definitely didn't work for the older HDMI monitor I was trying to use it on for sure.

I needed this for my docking station at work and it is just what I needed! Does the job with no issues!

I think certain computers (especially newer windows computers) are just not compatible with this. They don't provide drivers online so if your computer doesn't detect the USB "drive" then you are just out of luck. I wasted several hours trying to get this thing to work, but it just doesn't on my computer.Don't try to save money buying the cheap version, just spend the extra $10 getting the proper version of this adapter and save yourself the time and hassle
