This extension fits well with all Scotty attachments. Good product but pricey for a piece of plastic.

This Scotty Mini Rod holder is a perfect short extension for Scotty item.I used it in conjunction with a Scotty Rail Mount & Navisafe Light to create a USCG legal all around light for the boat.The extension has the same star pattern to fit any Scotty base.It endured several days of rough chop and didn't even move from its mount.

I purchased this because where I mounted the base plate I needed slightly more height for the rod holder(Scotty Powerlock)to operate at it's best.The Scotty Mini Rod Holder Extension is the perfect part for the job & now everything works at peak performance.A very reasonable price as well. Even better delivery service(6 days)& this item had to come all the way to New Zealand.Have brought Scotty products before & will continue to do so as required.Awesome products, awesome service, magic price's.Overall perfect. 10/10

works perfect, allows me to tip my pole toward the water for long line trolling.

You can't beat Scotty products. Everything I have ever bought of theirs is 5 star and worth the investment. This extension is strong and I have this connected to a Scotty 3 tod holder that has my fishfinder and a rod holder mounted on it.

Appears to be made of good sturdy material like the rest of Scotty's products. Fits nice and snug into the base mount but my Scotty triple rod holder fits loose into it. It rocks side to side a good quarter inch or more. I tried mounting my other Scotty rod holders to it and end up with the same problem.

Husband said they were perfect for his fishing boat. Highly recommend.
