I love this pillow. It has solved my neck pain and I'm getting the best sleep ever. The pillow height is perfect and the shape cradles my head the way it should. I never have to wake up at night and reposition it since the density holds its shape, yet it's soft at the same time. I tried a few before I found this one and I knew as soon as I unpacked it I had a winner. It didn't keep a strange crease down the middle like so many of them do after shipping, but most importantly it had zero odor. When we went on vacation I brought it with me because I knew I wasn't going to sleep the same without it. I bought the pillow last November, and after several months of use, it's still like new. The best thing about the pillow is it resolved my neck pain. I'm still rather young, but not as young as I used to be. I kept waking up with awful neck pain and at one point, I couldn't even turn my head. My Doctor told me I needed to switch my pillow because, after an MRI, they couldn't see any cause for concern. So, as I said earlier, I tried a few. They were either, too hard, too tall, too soft, an odd shape, etc... Then I found this one and it turned out to be perfect. My neck pain has totally resolved itself. I feel so much better when I wake up in the morning. Also, when I lay in bed at night and watch TV, the pillow props up nicely and gives enough support for me to see the TV comfortably. Lastly, for us side sleepers who want to put an arm underneath the pillow, it works wonderfully for that as well. I've found myself perfectly comfortable going from my back to my side. I highly recommend this pillow, and if you've already tried multiple memory foam pillows and none of them satisfied, get this pillow! You won't regret it!

I got the standard size at 4.2" height and it's perfect. I have tried other contour pillows before that were too hard and the height was too much it hurt my neck even more. I was purposely looking for less height and found this one. It's extremely comfortable and conforms to your neck and such great quality.

This pillow felt too firm for me. I've been having neck problems, and so I have been trying many pillows. The cover on this pillow was very nice with a quilted style, and the contour is noticeable which is good. Just not good for me.

I have purchased several pillows to try and help my neck pain. Nothing has worked. I finally ended up putting all of my info into an AI chat - height, weight, what positions I sleep in (back and side), and even describing the pain I get. It recommended a pricey name brand neck pillow to the tune of $91. When I headed to Amazon to look for said pricey pillow, this one popped up. I compared the dimensions of the two, and they matched. So, I bought the standard size of this pillow which is the same size as the name brand small pillow. I thought, if it doesn't work, I am only out a third of the cost. The first night was good. I didn't wake up with my neck so kinked up and stiff, that I couldn't move my head. So I kept on using it. To my surprise, and relief, every night's sleep has been better than the one before it. Even my sleep position induced shoulder impingement is feeling better. So if you are thinking of buying the big brand name neck pillow, try this one first. Just remember that the height of the pillow is very important, and do your research as to what will work for your body size. I am so glad I found this one!

Perfect size for travel. I ordered two. The cover is extremely soft and stays cool through the night.

The main problem I have with most cervical pillows is the slope problem: because the pillow is thicker at one edge than at the other edge, it has an overall slope that tilts your head forward instead of keeping a neutral spine. The other edge really needs to be flat or lower otherwise it is uncomfortable and defeats the purpose of relieving neck pain. The material is soft and yet still supportive (not squishy but not hard as a rock) which I liked and there is no off-gassing odor. If you are using the big side of this pillow it would probably be fine but If you have narrow shoulders or are around 5 feet tall, even the smaller edge size (3.4 in this Standard pillow) will likely be too large for your neck. This is a high quality pillow and for average sized folks I think it would provide great sleep. I wanted to love this pillow but had to return it as it is just not suited for petite people.

This portable pillow has become my absolute travel essential! I take it with me on every trip now. The support it provides is incredible. it aligns my neck perfectly and has significantly relieved my cervical spine discomfort during long flights and train rides. I honestly can't travel without it anymore

This pillow is not firm like advertised. Had bought the queen size in previous purchases. Loved the firmness. Not sure if the manufacturing has changed or if buying it in the standard size versus the queen sizes makes a difference in how firm it was.
