Smartscreen issues
The doorbell works great with your phone and has a nice picture, however the smartscreen doesn’t work properly. The only way I can get the screen to ring so you can answer the doorbell call is to have it switched on in settings for “answer doorbell call” which also rings your mobile every time which no one wants to have on all the time. So I switched that off and now the smartscreen is pointless. I’d like to get a refund but I want to keep the the doorbell and just send the smartscreen back. Hard to talk to anyone about this item though
