This hook works great with my newly acquired bands. They don't cut into the band. They are super easy to install by just screwing them in. The one I have in the garage is as-is, but the one in the living room I painted because I put it in a walkway and run into it. It ain't the hooks fault though! I resisted getting bands for some time because I thought they were too low-impact. I sure was wrong. Bands can be used in so many ways and really can add to a good, full-body workout. They helped after my surgery when I had low mobility, and now that I am healed and building muscle, I see no reason to stop using them. The work very different than raw weightlifting. And I feel my muscles have more flexibility in them and I seem to get injured less because of it. I gave my extra hook to my neighbor and she loves it too, and uses it to assist her yoga training.

My red light therapy machine had a door mount, but I wanted a wall mount because my door could not close. This wall mount was perfect for this application. The pictures on the product page accurately show the product. Very durable and stuirdy. I recommend this product.

Set comes with 3 anchors and 6 lag bolts (5cm length, 12mm head) Weld looks good and they seem solid.

I was a little concerned that these would pull right out of the wall, but they arrived with this huge anchors & bolts. These things are not going anywhere! Our entire household has used them for a variety of exercise and they're still perfect.I love the arrow design, so no matter which way you're stretching it can't slide off the hook. The metal is very thick and won't bend. This came with everything needed for installation except the drill/screwdriver.

Bought these to use with my exercise bands and expand my options in my home gym. They are sturdy, well made and I appreciate the fact that they came with 3 so I could position each one at different heights. I looked at options that were a solid loop, but specifically choose these so it would be easier to get the exercise band in and out.

Like the fact that there are three in the set so that they accommodate the high, mid, and low positions. They install easily and the extra flange gives added security to the bands, keeps them from slipping off when slack or changing pull direction. Should give good service for a long while.

Just like everyone else writing a review, I'm using these for wall anchors for resistance band training. They are strong enough and stable enough to serve that purpose. Included mounting hardware was fine -- you're definitely going to want to put these in a stud so no point in including drywall anchors. Overall, a good purchase for the price.Disclaimer: I did receive these for free as part of the Vine program but review as if I had paid the suggested retail price. These are worth the price but don't jump out as a super deal or extra special in a way that would warrant 5 stars but they certainly meet the base criteria for a good buy.
