I play competitive soccer. A little long in the tooth, but these are the best versionof sleeves so far. I like the fact that they are easy to get off. This sleeve is great.What I really like about this is that the top and bottom bands of the sleeve,do not cut off any circulation you need when playing. Highly recommended.

I have horrible varicose veins in both legs, partially due to hereditary (10-15 years ago both parents had varicose veins stripped from one leg & dad is ready to have other leg taken care of soon) ...and in my case for the right leg, huge varicose vein blow out from senior-year high school co-ed gym class injury during softball unit, one of the guys was goofing off and threw a ball, which hit the ground and full-force smacked the inside of my right leg, just below the knee. Now 17 years later after the injury in P.E., I have experienced abnormal swelling in right calf/ankle/foot. I am a chef and on my feet 10hrs/day 6 days/week. Finally seeing a vein specialist who ordered me to wear calf sleeves with 20-30 mm/Hg compression. I purchased a pair of "CEP" brand, 20-30mm/Hg graduated compression calf sleeves from the vein center for $40 and then came home and searched for the same product sold here on amazon.com I came across the "Thirty 48" brand and found this two-pack deal 2pair for $35! I have to wear these as close to 24-7 as possible (only remove them to shower and then put on a clean pair). These MUST be hand-washed and line-dried to maximize effectiveness of the graduated compression (nylon &spandex). I have been wearing them now for 10 days and can't believe the difference the constant compression has made in reducing fatigue and heavy/throbbing feeling in lower legs by the end of the day. I will have my varicose veins in both legs treated with laser procedure and then vein stripping. I am instructed to continue wearing the calf sleeves for at least 1 year after my vein procedure. I will be buying more!

The fit was supportive, not uncomfortable at all. The choice of colors was nice. Fits as described. Works great for pickleball.

Very good quality, comfortable, very tight.I'm 5'3-4", my leg measurement from the top of my outside ankle bone to the area just under my knee is 13", my calf is about 14.25" diameter and the area right at my ankle is 7.75" and just above that, the lower part of my leg is 9.75", which graduates up to 14.25" at the calf and maintains swelling up to my knee. Been this way for years; activity and hot temperatures exacerbate it. I had purchased the Zenzha brand a few years ago small/medium and they just didn't seem to be effective enough to bother with them every day. But these Thirty48 Small are wonderful. They are very tight and hard to get on compared to the Zenzha's but so worth it. My legs feel alive and do not hurt during hikes, or just by the end of the day. The swelling is kept to a minimum and I'm hoping that the improvement in circulation will help reduce the fluid over time. My husband suggested that I wear them at night. I grabbed the Zensah ones last night as they are lighter, and this morning I noticed less of a bulge at the base of my legs. It seems the Thirty48 are a bit more geared to a wider range of sizes in that they offer specifically a small size -- also the pair has a right and a left indicator label on the inside, they also list the measurement of compression but I could not tell what compression the small is. I hope this review is helpful.

I bought these to help with shin splints as I am a runner. The first thing I noticed is the color is not the nice bright blue as pictured. They also feel thin and weak and already started to rip a bit when I was pulling them off. They do feel nice and tight and help with pain, but I don't think they'll last very long. Good for price, but I would not purchase again.

I've ran a half marathon trail run in these and I had no complaints. I actually over stretched my calf halfway through the race and I was only able to finish because of the compression supporting my calf. No chafing or irritation and I have sensitive skin. I would recommend going the size up if you're closer to the max inch calf size.

I've been using these compression sleeves for a little over a month now, and I really like them. I have one other pair, from Zensah, to compare them to. I think these are a little tighter (in a good way) than the Zensah pair (in which I got a size small/medium). I have these in a small for my 14" calves, and I like the amount of compression they provide. They are long, like other reviewers have said. I'm 5'5" and I don't find them too long for me, but they are longer than my other pair. After several hours of wear, I start to feel the bottom back seams, but it's time to take them off by then anyway, so it hasn't bothered me.Regarding performance, I definitely have found that they provide support and help prevent shin splints during my workouts that involve lots of jumping, and I get fewer calf cramps after said workouts when I wear these during and for an hour or two after. The way they're knit lets my legs breathe a bit more than the Zensah sleeves, which is great when you're hot and sweaty. I was a bit worried about how thin they were when I first got them, thinking they might not be compressive enough, but it's not an issue. I've been machine washing and air drying and so far, they've maintained their compression. The design looks cool on, too. So far, very happy with these sleeves and I would buy again.

Nice fit and look great. Wear for running (mainly 5k to 1/2 marathons).Still not convinced whether these types of support do anything but I’ve had less niggles while wearing them so will stick with them.
