Very effective.
I've been taking glucosamine for years & this is a one capsule dose & easier to take. I'm 88 & no knee or hip problems so far. Glucosamine, Hyaluronic acid & collagen all great for joints.

Better than BioFlex
After swallowing endless Bioflex pills that nearly choked me, it's great to have a cheaper alternative. So far this supplement is performing way better than Bioflex. My joints and knees are slowly getting back to form after lots of pain and grinding in those areas. It also has collagen which is very important for cartilage repair. Big bonus!

Excellent glucosamine supplement that works after continued use.
Has all the necessary supplements and seems to work well after continued use. Also only have to take 1 daily. Give it a try and after 2 weeks you should start feeling the results. I highly recommend it.

Knees feel better
I have been taking this supplement for almost a year. It only took about a month for me to notice that I had less knee pain! So, I have ordered since then and I make sure that I take them daily. I love that I only have to take one/day to get the same benefits that other supplements offer but with 3-4 capsules/day.

Efficient and effective
At age 69, I've been taking glucosamine for about 10 years and I feel it keeps my knees from hurting. I like this brand because I only want to take one pill/day, not 3 times a day. This fills the bill and does the job.

Make sure you read your labels!
Make sure you read the label! I purchase this for the ingredients listed on the title and the bottle which is what I wanted but I should have checked them all. This has 2,000 IU of vitamin D which is a lot and combining that with my daily multivitamin would put me right at the upper safety limit for vitamin D. I wouldn’t purchase this again because of that ingredient.
