I spun the hell out each egg. Not a single one did anything this thing was supposed to do. All that time wasted.Amazon is insisting I rate this thing so I'll give it one star, but negative zero stars is what I really mean. I just want this nightmare to be over.I was so excited.

The media could not be loaded. The directions are not in English BUT I figured it out on my own in just a few minutes. It is a continuous pull system that mixes the egg! You have to pull fast but not aggressively. You will know you are doing it correctly if the string fully retracts back in. I’m not sure why there are people saying their eggs would not fit because I did not have an issue with large brown eggs. There is a soft silicone inside the spinner to hold the egg in place and prevent it from breaking. As far as peeling the egg; my best advice is to keep the egg moist/wet or even use cooking oil to loosen the shell. The reason the shell can be tricky to remove is because the yolk is commonly used as a binding agent in cooking/baking due to it’s sticky/tacky consistency so of course it is going to seem like it adheres to the shell like glue but It is not impossible to peel the shell off. I had no issue with this part as I just kept the egg wet as I peeled. This item has been such an awesome helper for me and getting my kids to eat the entire egg and was well worth the money.

My 11 year old son got the for me for Christmas. He was so excited. When I first opened it was broken. It got delivered that way. I did a return and the new one came all good. It is annoying though that I had to go to the store to return the broken item to not be charged for two of them. It is very easy to use, take apart to clean and put back together. So functionality is good, you have to pull the string quickly then let it go back in, don't hold on to the string very tight because then it will not go back in. If that happens you easily turn the yellow part that holds the egg and it pulls the string in and you try again. The hard boiled eggs came out great. The color did not look appetizing but they tasted great. My daughter doesn't like the yoke in the middle and this makes it all the texture of the white part of the egg. Once I was sent an unbroken one the value for the money spent was good.

This is a neat gadget and does work BUT be careful! I have had several eggs break and fling all over. Be sure to keep the opening in the cover pointed towards the sink just in case... Also, the extra large organic eggs I use don't fit unless I remove one of the rubber liners and even so it's a tight fit. Give it 12-15 spins. You can shake the egg and hear the liquefied yolk when it's mixed.

This absolutely does not work. We have tried it several times we even shook the egg first then we pulled the string at a minimum 15 times sometimes 20 it still comes out like a regular egg so it is very useless. I would return it, but I don’t have the box anymore.

Don't waste your money

My husband once joked to a friend that he could easily make scrambled eggs if he just got an egg out of the refrigerator and shook it hard for about a minute. His friend didn't fall for it. So silly husband, purchased this device and pulled the string about 6-7 times, boiled the egg and wala, the yolk was still intact. oh, to mention, sometimes the string doesnt wind itself up for another pull, you have to manually wind it up. Anyway, Nothing happened. Now maybe you have to pull that rope 20 times? But he said if he pulled it 20 times or more, eventually the little string would break. He thinks its just a chinese joke on America. Maybe he's right. He said he will put it on a trophy shelf, call it his Shelf of Fools
