It is NOT awesome, it is in fact very brown looking and significantly less saturated than the display image, giving it a more greyish tone. To determine whether I could feel more justified in my frustration, I compared it to a few other purple things I own. I could overlook the color because I do appreciate all things purple, regardless of how brownish purple they appear to be, if the thread itself actually matched the wallet. Instead, it only emphasizes how un-purple the wallet itself is. I was mislead by the description images as well, showing this vibrant purple wallet (seeming to be on par with the Fjallraven Re-Kanken Deep Violet backpack).As an engineer and artist, I do realize purple is an incredibly difficult color to capture in photography because of the camera filters and digital sensors inability to properly mimic the human eye's response to light. I've taken these images in natural lighting with a Samsung Galaxy S22 and you can see how wildly the colors can vary in the pictures I've included (especially because of Samsung's camera app's irritatingly inconsistent post processing of pictures). The purple backdrop you see in quite a few pictures is a light lilac, best represented by the following digital color:HEX: #C8A2C8RGB: (200, 162, 200)CMYK: (0, 19, 0, 22)See attached images for a comparison between the wallet and: Fjallraven Re-Kanken Deep Violet backpack, Amearea Faux Fur Rug (Purple), an assortment of purple DMC embroidery floss, Scribbles that Matter Dot Grid Journal (Purple), Needoh cat (purple), and finally most of these pictures are taken on a Towwi PU Leather desk pad (Voilet) [I believe it's supposed to be "Violet", but it looks more like lilac with red undertones to me].TL;DR: If the thread matched the wallet, it was sewn with more care, and the coating wasn't already peeling, I'd keep this wallet. I'd probably use it for a few weeks, get tired of how difficult it was to remove the cards, and put it in my bin of other lightly used wallets that weren't "quite right". I hope this review has helped you in your quest for a wallet that meets your needs as well as desires.

Bought for my husband because he really needed a wallet upgrade but doesn't really need to hold much in it. He loves the color and feel, and we both like that it is vegan leather. The pockets of it are kinda tall, maybe could make the openings go a little lower so it is easier to get things out of it.

Can only add like 4 cards per side, but several months in and the card is holding up to punishment nicely. wallet has a waxy look/ feel to it

The purple color is awesome, and this little wallet fits everything that I need. I love that it's not rfid blocking like so many wallets in this style. I am a small female and it fits fine in the front pocket of most of my pants...I just have problems with pants that have little lady pockets.

This wallet is just as beautiful as it looks and I am incredibly proud to show my friends and family because of what it is and what it stands for. I’ve been looking for a new wallet for ages and finally found what I wanted. Thank you!
