Product & Manual entirely in Spanish
This product only has Spanish on the various controls, and the manual is entirely in Spanish. That's a problem because I do not speak Spanish, and the Amazon.com listing was in English, with no hint that the product is not designed for English markets.In addition, the product shipped from outside the US, and customs completely destroyed the packaging, causing the internals of the microwave to be damaged between leaving customs and being delivered. Again, there was no indication in the Amazon.com listing that this product would have to go through customs, with the possibilities of delays.

Started smoking
Had this microwave for about 5 years. Last night the metal plate started glowing red and smoking spontaneously. Tried contacting LG customer support but my issue was dropped twice (even though it says it’s under the 10 year warranty).This thing works well when it works, but when it doesn’t it’s a fire hazard. I’d go with a different brand.

Muy potente y silencioso
He tenido varios microondas LG y son una garantía. Este modelo es muy potente y silencioso pero es grande, así que checa bien las medidas de tu espacio disponible antes de comprarlo. Es muy elegante con una superficie frontal tipo espejo. Tiene muchas opciones de cocción así que te tomará un poco de tiempo aprender a usarlo, pero es intuitivo y pronto te acostumbras a usarlo. Vale la pena!!

Funciona mal
Simplemente no se apaga cuando termina el programa, ni aún se oprima Detener/Pausar, ni abriendo la puerta pues no cuenta con seguro de apertura, sólo se apaga desenchufandolo, estoy por ello en proceso de devolución, es una lastima pues es muy bonito y con mucha tecnologia

cuando pico cancelar el tiempo a veces no responde
Me encanta el sonido musical cuando acaba y si no sacas del micro-ondas lo que metiste te vuelve a avisar.lo que no me encantó es que a veces tengo que abrir la puerta para cancelar el tiempo porque no responde cuando le picas por fuera "cancelar".Y es muy bonito por fuera. El tamaño es muy bueno.
