Quality tape that lasts on skin. The uncut roll allows you to save rather than waste tape when you want lengths shorter or just different than 10 inches. Good product.

This stuff has really helped me with De Quervain's Tendonitis. The only issue, and this is kind of an odd issue, when I start to sweat, it comes off. It's odd because k tape should work during exercise. Anyway, worth the purchase.

Have an ongoing issue with my second toe after 2 surgeries on metatarsal. I have to tape the toe down and have extended tape on bottom of foot to keep toe from pointing up. The tape sticks to my foot and toe without a problem and it’s easy to remove 3 days later without hurtIng my skin.

This tape works extremely well! I love it over any other support for my knees!!

Tips: -This is cotton based K TAPE, this means it will not stick as well as a lot of other brands that are synthetic. The synthetic brands have a better hold and more/different layers integrated into the weave which gives a better support/hold. -Make sure that you do clean your skin prior to application, an alcohol pad will help remove any skin oils to help improve the adhesion of the tape. -If you have sensitive skin please look into purchasing skin prep to be used under this tape-after you alcohol swab the skin. It is easily found on amazon by searching skin prep (smith and nephew have best product). Skin prep will put a very thin protective silicon layer between your skin and the tape which protects your skin as well as improving the hold of the tape. (I was able to get an extra day out of it with this) -To remove tape put some baby oil on a cotton ball and start to peel the end the tape back then place the cotton ball on the skin and rub as you're pulling the K TAPE away from your skin slowly. This will easily help the tape remove and not damage skin as badly, the oil helps dissolve the bond to your skin. -There does seem to be a variance of bonds from color to color, however personally didn't purchase enough to find which is which. -This brand does not have a stretch gauge on the tape which can make it difficult to accurately see what degree of stretch you get. If you are new to K TAPE there are brands that have an indicator woven into the tape so you can see how much stretch you are applying with each piece of tape. Theraband has hexagon imprints which work well for this. Overall there are better brands out there, however there is a chance this will be what you're looking for if you need it to be adhered to you less then the full 2-3 days.
