I need help sleeping during the day having graveyard working hours. Most all of the over-the-counter PM sleep aids and pain relievers with PM aids added, they linger on for hours when you need to be awake. Makes you feel like a walking zombie. However, Motrin PM does not give me that zombie feeling at work. The PM works, allows me to sleep, then wears off completely when I wake up. No lingering effect. I don't know why Motrin PM is different, but it is. If you need help sleeping, give this a try before going to prescription sleep aids which are and can be AN ADDICTION DISASTER. Even if you don't need the pain relief, Motrin PM was a life saver for me. I only use it during my work week.

I usually used advil Pm but the price has went extremely high so I tried Motrin PM and wow this is a great product. Will continue to purchase.

It's motrin but to help you sleep. It takes my headache away and I don't always wake up with one. I don't know that it helps me sleep any more than normal but I like to tell myself it does. It works better than other brands for me.

I have taken other sleeping pills but this one is the best by far. I was waking up with pain in my neck, but no more. Not only is the pain gone but I am sleeping much better.
