They did however offer to replace the product, which they did and I received my treats In a box with plenty of protection. Our dog loves them and I did not see any issue with them crumbling. As a matter of fact for a 100 pound boxer she ate the treats broke them in half and not once did they fall apart or crumble. My only complaint would be that they cannot keep them in stock long enough (as I order 3 containers a month on subscribe n save and we still run out every time LOL) and sometimes shipments are delayed quite a while. And TRUST ME when I say my somewhat “picky” pups have withdrawals...no other treat even comes close.
