I use an electric scooter to take my 11 month old puppy for a run. Previously I used a belt and ran his leash through the belt, this hands-free leash works similarly with some additional benefits. First the leash has elastic sections which is a very nice feature for me. The elastic keeps the leash from being too long and risk getting caught up in my wheels. When fully extended the leash is 6 foot long which is my preferred length. I want to keep my puppy close enough to herd him around other people and dogs on the pathway, while being long enough to keep him a safe distance from the scooter with a relaxed leash.I also like the leash has non-elastic reinforcement loops in parallel to each elastic section. This gives additional strength when the elastic is fully stretched and can also be used for additional handles when I want to keep my pup closer than the maximum 6 foot distance. The leash and the waist section are strong and secure. I didn't have any doubt they would hold my 62 lb puppy (unlike my belt method which I was never fully confident or as comfortable in).Other additional features of this leash are the pockets, back support, and D-rings to connect the leash. The pockets are large enough to fit the leash, phone, earbuds plus room for keys. There is a D-ring on both sides of the waist support. I connect the leash to both D-rings which makes it feel very secure if he suddenly decides a squirrel or bird has his interest. I highly recommend if you want hands-free dog walking/running.

Moose enjoys going for walks. After eating, walking outside is her favorite thing to do. As you can tell, Moose is a big girl, and she isn't the easiest pooch to walk. She is old but still strong. I used to use a regular leash but carrying a cellphone and trying to walk her was complicated. She can pull quickly, and I have dropped my phone resulting in cracks. I saw this and wanted to try it. I was pleasantly surprised. It is built very well. It has two pockets for bottles, one for a cell phone, and one for keys or whatever. It is easy to adjust and fits comfortably. The leash hooks to the front of it (right or left loops). I love it. It's cold here and I wanted to be able to walk the dog and keep my hands in my pockets, holding hand warmers. I have looked at these in the past and decided to take the plunge.The fit is good. I was worried about how secure the attachment was, but no worries there.The main reason I chose this hands-free leash over others was due to the bungee cord and the grab handles. I switched to bungee leashes a while back. The difference in the pulling force is unbelievable. I am fairly certain I would face-plant with a regular leash, while the bungee kind of absorbs the tension without jerking the user around. I like having the 2 different grab handles, as well, when redirection or more control is necessary.Really like having a place to stow my phone, too.Glad I took the plunge on this product. It works great. Granted, we are only 3 walks in, but so far, I am very pleased!

The waist pack is well made and with a wide band is very comfortable to wear and easy to adjust. Two zippered pouches that for me easily fits my large smart phone and the other one for treats. Two side pouches one for my water bottle and one for poop bags with a dispenser. Very well designed.The leash clips in two positions on the waste band that holds it sturdy and the leash is like a bungee cord so it is does not get tangled and if you your dog lurches at something, the bungee absorbs the shock.Hands free speaks for it self and both hands are available to do other things.
