Terrific sweetener
I loved the way this sweetens my tea. However, I could not order again because it does contain alcohol. I’m avoiding alcohol for a reason. This was unfortunate because it sweetened with less product than pure monk fruit extract.

Great flavor and no aftertaste!
I have been on a low-carb, no sugar diet for nearly a decade and have tried many versions of stevia, monkfruit, erythritol, and xylotol, and this brand of monk fruit stands above the rest. It does not have a strange aftertaste. It doesn't create a cooling effect and it blends well in either hot or cold. I love the flavor in my coffee and tea as well as a sweetener for homemade desserts. It is very sweet so a little goes a long way, which helps this bottle last. I am really grateful this product exists as I prefer to avoid stevia and other sugar alcohols. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how great the flavor is!

Yay, monk fruit!
Love it. Just a few drops sweetens my tea or coffee. Be warned, though -- an extra drop or two can make it too sweet. It doesn't taste exactly like sugar, but more like sugar than stevia, which I think has a kind of weird aftertaste. I like that it isn't a chemical like most other non-caloric sweeteners. The NOW brand just has de-ionized water, organic monk fruit extract, and organic cane alcohol. An 8 ounce bottle lasts me over 6 months. Now I only need to buy sugar for baking and to have on hand for guests if they want it. I keep it in the refrigerator but probably wouldn't need to. I first bought the convenient 2 oz. size. It works well for me to refill it from the more economical 8 oz. container.

Slight After Taste and Not Super Sweet
I bought liquid Monk Fruit sweetener because, after reading about health concerns presented by erythritol, I wanted just monk fruit as an ingredient. This does contain some cane alcohol. I've only used it in baking or to sweeten hot drinks, so I don't know what it tastes like in a cold drink or food. It is sweet, but not super sweet. To sweeten a cup of hot chocolate I need about 6 drops. I also use it to sweeten apple crisp when I cook it. One thing I've wondered about is whether or not the alcohol evaporates during cooking. I don't mind a little alcohol, but it may be an issue for some people. I do notice a slight after taste that I find unpleasant. But since it isn't overpowering and I think this is a good alternative to sugar, I'll put up with it in certain foods and drinks. However, for good old sweetness, I've yet to find anything as sweet or without an after taste as good as white cane sugar. Some sweeteners, like honey and molasses have a unique flavor that does enhance or add to the flavor of certain foods, but they are not welcome in all dishes. I guess you have to choose your sweetener according to which dish you're enjoying. I'd like to know if the alcohol does indeed evaporate in a hot dish or while cooking. Because of the after taste and limited use, I think this is pricey, even though one reviewer did a price comparison with sugar in which sugar seemed less expensive. Of course, it is hard to factor in the helath costs of using sugar.

My Favorite Sweetener
No, it does not taste like regular sugar. It tastes very similar to stevia and other diet sweeteners on its own, but I find it tastes much better with allulose in my drinks. It's also very convenient. I don't expect it to taste exactly like sugar, so I'm ok with it. It's a lifesaver when I want my sweet iced coffee or tea while trying to stay on track!

Good, not perfect, taste; good natural sweetener
Tasty, but still has a bit of the stevia taste. Monk fruit is crazy expensive, but if used wisely is worth it. The liquid form is good for some uses i.e. cereal (because powdered sweeteners often don't dissolve properly). I try to stay mostly with natural sweeteners; I also use allulose sometimes (has a cooling taste, but is more cost effective). I do NOT use this liquid sweetener for my coffee, though LOL. Gotta draw the line sometimes. I didn't deduct a star for the cost, but that has to be a consideration.

16oz bottle spills too easily
It’s a perfectly good product, we love this monk fruit more than any others. But they stopped selling the 8oz version and now it’s just the tiny one or the 16. The 16oz has a terrible pour spout (and actually is a worse value than the 8oz). You end up wasting more with the 16, so it’s a frustrating packaging situation.

Love it!
Love it! Super sweet, only need a few drops. The bottle is small but I've been using the same bottle for 6 months now, 2 cups of coffee a day, and I'd say there's at least 3 more months left in the bottle. Worth every penny. I bought the 8 oz size.

Doesn't sweeten
Not sure it's actually a sweet extract - no matter how much I use, I really can't notice a difference in taste in what I'm preparing. Next time I will just buy regular monk fruit, not worth the high price

液体は使いやすい
飲み物に1〜2滴、お料理、スウィーツにと、何にでも合うお味です。 後味も苦くなく、さっぱりして好みです。

Great healthy alternative product
Great product. Pure monk fruit with no artificial sweeteners, like most other brands. I use it everyday!

The after test it’s incredibly bad .
I bought two bottles and the after test is incredibly bad . I can’t believe I payed much for it to throw it away . It’s listed in Amazone Japan but I’m very interested from where exactly came because the bottle is plastic and the packaging was very poor looking like i ordered something from temu .

Use extract instead
Has an alcohol-like taste or aftertaste. Tipped mine out in favour of organic monk fruit extract.
