The chocolate was almost white.
The chocolate was ashy/white and was very dry. Like it was frozen and unthawed or just expired.

Sometimes tastes don’t change, as we age. They just mature, like a fine wine.
These were my favorites when I was kid. I got them in my Christmas stocking every year. I’m 79 now, and they are still my favorite, along with chocolate covered peanuts or almonds, and popcorn balls. 😊

Product seems old; does not taste good
Candy is old; dark chocolate is aged such the candy stick appears to be almost white in color. Orange gelee is crystallized. I could not serve or use in my food presentation.
