Nice fillet blade / case not great
This is a decent blade with some nice features and a good look. First of all, as a fillet knife should, this has a pretty flexible blade. The edge is fairly sharp right out of the box and only required a few passes on a steal to hone the edge. I am also a fan of the nice coating on the blade. I like the fact that the blade/handle is full tang and features 3 instead of two rivets. I agree with others that the include sheath/case leaves something to be desired, but at this price point you can't really complain.

Fisherman's Friend
I was pleasantly surprised with this knife. Now, I am willing to give almost any knife a chance to impress me and this one did a good job of rising to every challenge I placed before it. First, it cuts bait like a champ and has a fairly decent edge upon arrival. The sheathe holds the knife, though I don’t know if I would carry it on my belt as intended. Works great strapped to a tackle bag or tucked into a compartment or cubby in the boat. It has stood up to fileting catfish, bass and spec without issue. The addition of a serrated edge is nice, but tends to hold on to crud without a careful scrubbing. All in all, I am pretty satisfied with this as a bait and boat prep knife. I haven’t noticed any unusual dulling for the use I have put it through. Recommended.

An excellent filet knife regardless of the price.
I’ve had a fair number of filet knives. Some branded, some not. Honestly, the main thing they all shared is they usually didn’t stay sharp long enough to finish cutting up a single fish and they weren’t worth the time to sharpen. This filet knife really surprised me. It started sharp and stayed sharp. I cut up chicken and shrimp on this trip and as you can see in the photos, it cut through the shrimp shell without tearing or displacing them. I appreciated this as it is easier to keep the shrimp on the hook with the shell still surrounding the meat. This was particularly important in the tidal waters around Savannah as they are very swift moving. I credit these well cut chunks to the 8 pound slot redfish I caught with the middle piece about 15 minutes later.I highly recommend this knife and i hope you have as much luck with it as I did.

Good Filet Knife at a Great Price!
What can I say about this knife other than it is a solid filet knife at a great price point. I was happy to have add it to my tacklebox and it has held up quite well to use. 5/5

This is our car knife.
That's where we keep this. In the doorframe storage compartment. It has come in handy on multiple occasions. No, it's not for shanking people at Wal-Mart, it's for that time when you need to cut open a package, cut off a string, or whatever. Heck, we've used one in the past to clean up the edging around my in-law's gravesite where the grass grew over the tombstone. It's a good knife, decent grip and having a sheath is nice (our previous car knife just floated around loose and dangerous).

Nice and Sharp
This is a good all-purpose fishing knife to have in your tackle box. It is sharp out of the box and cuts through fish easily. Feels good in your hand and looks great as well. The sheath does its job and keeps you from cutting yourself, I got no complaints only compliments. I would recommend this knife.
