Clean Grass Fed Goat Milk Protein encompasses everything that a clean food should be: no sweeteners, flavors, gums, hormones, antibiotics, GMOs, nor chemicals of any kind. We include only 1 ingredient in each packet or bottle (go ahead and check the ingredient panel, we will wait). You can actually tell what is in each container by just reading the name of the product. The Clean Grass Fed Goat Milk Protein contains a natural ratio of both proteins found in milk: whey and casein. Whey is known as a fast protein in that it is quickly absorbed and boosts the creation (building) of new muscle (protein accretion). Casein is known as a slow protein because it is slowly absorbed. The magic of casein lies in the fact that it can also slow the process of muscle breakdown (protein catabolism). This combination of fast and slow protein types boosts absorption and retention of lean body tissue, which of course, we commonly call muscle. Since it is an unflavored protein powder, it is a great addition to add to smoothies to increase nutrition without altering flavor.

**Q: Can kefir be made with this?**
