One-Piece Macerating Toilet for Small Space, 600watt Macerator Pump Built-in for Basement Toilet System

Hi, the technician installed the toilet yesterday, and sadly, it doesn't work... It took us longer to be able to install it, so the return window is closed now. Is there any way of still sorting it out? because it was an expensive purchase of 500 pounds. I ask you to please give us some support here. thank you

The Hocanflo toilet has 2 problems. The seating for the seat has a cracked piece of plastic which allows the seat to swivel. The toilet has been professionally installed and the pipework and electric feed changed to conform with UK regulations. However,although the toilet functions perfectly it fires off every 2 or 3 hours when nobody is using it.this happens all through the night. any ideas.

Product leaks and ruined our wood floor and there’s no option to request support or repair - this has a warranty and no way to claim in contravention of uk law

This had been used!! It was all wet and dirty, and even the instuctions inside a plastic bag, were soaked. It was returned!
