I wear mostly white gold but I needed a gold necklace to wear with one outfit. I have been surprised. The necklace looks good. It shines and looks a lot more expensive than it was.

This necklace was so much better than I expected! I wear it frequently, with both open neck tops and closed neck. I’ve seen zero signs of discoloring or tarnish. The chain is long enough to hang nicely but there are times I add an extender just to give it a little more length. It’s so pretty as a stand alone but also suitable for layering. The quality of this necklace is better than some that I’ve paid a lot more for at department stores. I liked it so much that I ordered the silver version. It is pretty as well but I prefer the gold and find myself reaching for it more often.

I got this as a gift for my 17 year-old granddaughter. I was a little disappointed that it came in a cellophane bag instead of on a display card. Had I known I would've opened it up and put it on one myself. I knocked off a star for a giftability as it did not have a good first impression. I wish I had taken a picture. The quality was good though and it looked like real gold. She is very tiny so the thin chain was perfect for her. The clasp worked well and was easy to put on.

However, after about 2–3 weeks of normal use (no water, no perfume), the silver plating started peeling, revealing noticeable dark/brassy patches. It feels like the coating is very thin. I was a bit skeptical about gold-plated jewelry in general, but definitely when it was so inexpensive. However, this piece has retained its plating and hasn't tarnished or changed color. I've bought several pieces from this company, and each has been great; they all look very realistic. The chain was a good length and has survived me, whereas other chains have not. It has that shiny white gold color (some white gold-plated things I've purchased didn't have that gold color or shine, they were either clearly silver or stainless steel). I bought a few similar pieces from a different, more expensive company but are unmistakably costume jewelry. Those (semi-expensive) pieces have tarnished/turned color like it was their job. Highly recommend Pavoi, and will continue to purchase jewelry from them.

Not exactly what I expected. Chain is long and the rings look a bit cheap when you look closely. Okay for everyday wear.

Very pretty. Just remember not to wear them in the water or the shower as they are gold plated, and the plating will wear off.
