I was worried because the truck has 140k on it and didn't know if I was going to hurt it. Boy was I wrong! This thing really made it like driving a different truck. It's so quick and so easy to use and there are several different tunes to choose from. After I drove my truck for a couple of weeks on the 91 octane performance tune, I switched my truck back to the stock settings and it felt like I was towing another Frontier behind me. It makes a very noticeable difference. Much muchhhh more responsive. Also I noticed the same gas mileage on the 91 performance tune as the stock setting. I haven't tried the gas saver tune yet, but I am sure it will work. Wish I could rate it higher! This gives me a reason to want to hang on to my truck for a little longer now rather than sell and get a newer one.
