I have been a school teacher at all grade levels since 2000 and I've raised 4 children of my own. My parents were both teachers and on my father's side this goes back 5 generations. So, that is to say I'm picky about educational materials and things for kids. "Smart Playtime Adventures" is way above average for this type of activity book. Though the suggested age range of 6 to 10 has a lot of differences in it in terms of the average child's readiness level, "Smart Playtime Adventures" is full of things that wouldn't be too much for a 6-year-old nor too simplistic for a 10-year-old. This reminded me of the kind of books my parents used to buy for my sister and i to occupy ourselves on long car trips. A wonderful old-school alternative to today's too-much-screentime world. I would recommend to any parent.

It is an excellent and fun book for boosting creativity and cognitive development.With lots of very different tasks (99 activities !), it succeeds in avoiding monotony.I especially liked the "Grid fun". Completing the other half of a drawing is much more challenging than it seems and helps to develop observation capacity. It's an excellent gift.

I really like the variety of activities in this book. The content will keep the child engaged and excited to see what is to accomplish on the next page. My niece loved it!!

This is perfect for young minds. So many different activities to keep a young mind active and engaged. I believe these activities are essential for growing and expanding young minds in the right direction. This activity book has soooo much. Highly recommended!!!

If you are looking for something to keep your kids off their screens, while doing something fun and use their minds - try this book. This is really nicely designed book w/ great amount of work that's gone into each of the activities to be engaging to kids (and parents to work on together).

A large variety of different activities from mazes to word searches, color by number, and drawing activities. My 6 + 8 year old love all of these and it keeps them entertained.
