Vgate iCar Pro Bluetooth 4.0(BLE) OBD2 Diagnostic Scanner Car Code Reader Scan Tool
It works great. I paired with Jscan software and it saved me a trip to the dealer. My issue was simple and it was resolved by simply removing the error. The only downside is that I had to pay for third party software. In this case Jscan. But overall I am satisfied

Works Well
Works as described. Connects quickly. Easy to choose what you want displayed. I am using it as a gage so I can't comment on how well it reads error codes. It does not show oil temp but that requires specific knowledge beyond the OBD II read out. Most of these devices do not -- requires special software.

Amazing value for the money compared to other programmers that cost more than 10x the price.
When it comes to value for money, this little gadget should get 10 stars! Seriously, for less than 1/10th of the price of some of the cheaper programmers like AEV’s pro cal, this Vgate iCar Pro is still better. I was able to do everything I needed to my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I lowered the TPMS threshold, changed gear ratio to match my 4.88 gears, change tire size, and many more things like seatbelt chime disable (for off-road use only of course ;-) This got to me pretty fast considering it’s origin so I can highly recommend this for any Jeep JK Wrangler owner from 2007 to 2017. For less than $25 shipped you simply cannot beat this thing.

Works with Some Samsung Devices But Not Others
This OBD2 dongle works nicely with Torque Pro application and the following i.) my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phone; and ii.) my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone. However, this OBD2 dongle is NOT recognized as an OBD2 dongle by my Samsung Note 10.1 2014 tablet. The tablet does connect to Torque Pro using a $5 discount rack WIFI OBD2 dongle. The cell phones described above as "i" and "ii" do NOT connect to the $5 discount rack WIFI OBD2 dongle. PS The Torque Pro is connected to my 2006 Prius.Easy to use: when compatible with support.Tech support: found bo meaningful tech support for problems that I was having.

Works with iPhone and JScan
I am successfully using this with my iPhone 11 and OBD JScan app to change settings on my 2013 Jeep Rubicon. (With this Combo I can change things like tire size to correct my speedometer) My iPhone required OBE 4.0, which this has so it works as expected.

A must for BMW owners
Absolutely fantastic, incredibly easy to use. A lot of fun for the dollar. Several other avenues to achieve the same thing cost hundreds more.

Doesn't work with ABRP and my Electric Vehicle
Edit: Apparently this exact model worked for someone else's Chevy Bolt. Not sure if it was just an issue with my dongle, or if they upgraded the dongle and lost functionality. it did not work connected to my iPhone, however it could have not been an issue with the dongle, but with the App that I was using, because the App is just commpletely broken.Bought this to plug into my Chevy Bolt EV. The only data that it showed was speed because most of the data was just for Gas Vehicles. Do not recommend for any Electric Vehicle, you will probably not get any use out of this product. It does NOT work with ABRP (or at least not with an iPhone in MY experience). Also, in order to get alot of features, you must pay in the app to utilize. App is free but in-app purchase is required for most of the telemetry data. Not angry about it, but it kind of sucked that I could only get speed data for my use case.
