I purchased this Galaxy S20 case, and I'm extremely satisfied with it so far. The package includes not only a durable phone case but also a screen protector and a camera lens protector, all at a very reasonable price. Plus, the inclusion of two extra screen and camera protectors was a pleasant surprise—definitely a bonus!The case fits perfectly and offers solid protection, while the protectors seem to be doing their job well. My only critique is that the screen protector didn't come with a squeegee to help remove air bubbles, and the instructions for application were a bit lacking. That said, it’s still a great deal for the price, and I’m happy with the overall quality.

Easy to install and clean. Came with camera screen to protect camera lens, so far it's a great case

(1) I caught this case on sale for 15 bucks and IMO is worth it(2) this case is very much like the Otter box that looks just like it. The two things that I noticed different between the cases are that the Otter box has a dust cover for the power cord which this case does not and the side walls of the Otter box are a smidgen higher which may give you a bit more protection from a face down drop of the phone .. That said the top and bottom of this case are just as high as the Otter box so maybe it will be ok in a face down drop ..IDK .The plastic back and the rubber insert are the same as the Otter boxThe ergonomics of this case compared to the Otter box are much the same except that this case to me has a bit of an inward slant on the side walls , that I like actually and it feels better in my hand(3) this case came with 2 cord options to attach to the case which I have never seen before by another case company. The first option is a wrist cord and the second is a finger cord which is what I went with NOTE: To attached the cord use the 2 holes on the left side of the case , fish the string through the first hole then back through the second hole and slip the ring end through the cord and pull to fasten.(4)This case also came with 2 lens protection devices that I like and have seen and used before from a different purchase. I've had two crack over but if it's then that crack to save my lens then I guess it's doing it's job.(5)I like that this company gives you color options and I choose the red and black ( looks nice !!)(6) down side there are no directions to show you how to install the cord I have to dig around through pictures on here to find out how and also no direction / step by step to apply the screen protector. But you can go on YouTube to find out how by just typing in the name of the case, you'll not the exact case but you will find ones with the same kind of application.I usually don't write reviews unless I am really impressed by a product and I impressed by this one. I say by pass the Otter and go with this case you can't go wrong .It's basically the same case at half the cost with more options , Screens protection , lens protection and safety cords ..Win win win win

I have had the case with screen protector for 2 weeks exactly and the screen protector is garbage. Immediately couldn't use fingerprint at all so I had to disable it. After 1 week the side was already lifting up and had a gap and then today it cracked in half. I will have to spend more money to buy an actual good screen protector.

Seems reliable and sturdy.

The packaging was satisfactory, the delivery was prompt, the quality is good, and the application to the phone was simple.
