I was going to return this because of the base holder, but because the actual cleansing brush is actually wellmade and works so well, I decided to keep it. About the base: it is literally just a base that the brush stands in. I rinse mine off and put it in its stand next to the bathroom sink. You cannot charge this while it's standing in its base, which was my reason for considering returning it. It would be a perfect item if it had a charger built into the base, or simply a hole to be able to plug the charge into it! As aforementioned, it is wellmade. The brush itself is made of quality plastic. The digital screen that shows the level of charge works perfectly. It's bright and clearly visible. It has a powerful motor in it. It does not cease working if you push hard. It's honestly a great facial cleansing brush. It comes with a variety of brush heads. I prefer the soft bristle brush on my face. It feels good and does a great job. I actually use the harder bristle brush on my feet when I do a pedicure, and it helps with my footcare. The brushes are easily interchangeable; they simply pop on and off. After each use I wash and rinse mine, followed by wiping it dry with a hand towel. It is extremely easy to keep clean. This does a fantastic job of cleansing. My pores are definitely cleaner - I have inspected them in my lighted magnifying mirror! I'm very pleased with this item. I hope to see this updated in the future with a charging base. To my surprise, it actually stays charged for weeks at a time! I do recommend. This ended up being the best one I've found.

I haven’t had much luck in getting something from Amazon lately that is actually a good quality item and works as good as it is advertised but this little puppy is just awesome. I’ve had it for about 3 month baths now and use it 1-2 times daily and have yet to have to recharge it. It just keeps on going and hasn’t lost a beat. I like it so much, I bought one for my husband and one for my daughter-in-law. She likes it so much she’s got my son using it as well. Every time I take it with me into the shower, I dry it off afterwards and the little holder as well as per the instructions and I just couldn’t be happier with this scrubber. The ease of changing out the different heads is great. The options to exfoliate or gently cleanse or massage makes this a “keeper” ; )

I have bought the very expensive Cleansing Brush from a department store. When that brush finally crashed I bought this one. It is as effective as the high priced one and a fraction of the cost. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and refreshed. I use it twice a day and it is actually helping those fine lines disappear. It lasts a very long time on 1 charge.

I was excited to get this but in the middle of my first use, one of the heads crumbled when I tried to attach it, so I checked, and 1 other was cracked all over and it fell apart when I picked it up. The motor keeps powering down then back up some, but sounds weak. Luckily im able to return it easily enough. Why the 4 stars? Its because in fairness to this seller, I want to state that I bought 5 of these, and this is the only one with a problem, which is great because they were gifts to my adult daughters who love them

I had an electrical problem with my brush and the company acted quickly to resolve this issue and make it right without me asking! Love my brush!

This is an awesome device, until it stops working. The brushes are great, it has two spin modes, I love the battery indicator, and I love the design and color of it. The first one I got wouldn’t turn on after about a month of use. Never even got low enough on the battery to need to charge it even once before it crapped out. It was one day outside the return window so I contacted customer support and they got me a new one. The second one stopped working after about the same amount of use. Once again before I even needed to charge it once. This time the machine wouldn’t shut off. So it was just sitting there running and running. I kept trying every few minutes, and eventually it shut off. I’m not sure if I should go for a third. It seems there is something wrong with the power buttons, and they are not fixing it.

Facial cleansing brush with several brush heads is a definite must the way it cleans all the dirt and sediments off your face leaves your face feeling clean and fresh it's an awesome facial cleansing brush and for those who have acne problems like me this is a definite must have I'm very happy with my purchase

I bought this item on 7/9/2024. Today is 10/12/2025. I have just plugged it in to charge it FOR THE FIRST TIME since I bought it. No joke, I use this thing at least 5-6 times a week and the battery has lasted *that long*! Honestly I wasn't expecting much for the 20 bucks I invested but here we are and I couldn't be happier with it. Comes with different heads for both daily use and deeper exfoliation. 10/10 would definitely buy this again!

I bought one for myself. Liked this one!! ordered three more for my teenagers great stocking stuffers🙌😂. I will say for anyone who wants great skin. This is a must have. It’s crucial to achieve great skin. Make sure you have a great face wash.. toner. And you are good to go..

I’ve bought at least three of these for myself and my teenagers. I use it morning and night and only have to charge it every 5-6 months. I used to get occasional breakouts, but I pretty much never do anymore. It helps exfoliate my skin which makes my foundation go on much more smoothly. When my teens use this brush consistently, it really helps with their acne. Advice: do not use the medium brushes (too harsh for facial skin)— only use the soft brush or the silicone brush. I wish the company would provide extra soft brushes instead of medium brushes. However, my soft brush is still going strong after more than a year so I don’t really need a replacement.

Good but I wish it was a little more powerful and a little stronger of the brush head

This is the second one I've bought because I thought the first one was faulty. One day it just turned off and it wont turn back on. Fully charged but wont turn on. So disappointing. Also this isnt the first review where this problem is stated.
