I love this product! Actually this is like my 3rd or 4th. It has help me with so much including the skin, the stomach and also my knee. The cinnamon flavor is great with Protein shakes, chocolate milk or even coffee.

I watched the commercials on TV thinking the promises about this product were not true but somehow I ordered it anyhow. I’ve only been using about 2 weeks and I can see my nails and skin look much better. Some facial wrinkle have diminished. I plan to reorder it as a subscription and can’t wait to see additional changes. I can’t detect any smell but it doesn’t dissolve easily. I must continually stir it in my morning coffee and still have some undissolved powder in the cup when I have finished it. It is supposed to have a cinnamon taste and when I use it in my coffee it does alter the taste but it it isn’t nasty tasting. I wish it had 30 servings instead of 25 in the box. Overall I am a happy customer due to the results I have had.

I've been using Ancient Nutrition collagen in my coffee for about a year now, and I love it. So, I decided to try this "LEAN" version. Big mistake. It does not dissolve in my hot coffee, even with a hand frother. I'm left with significant sediment in my cup. I feel like I'm literally throwing away half of the product I paid good money for. I do not recommend this product for liquids. You may have better luck putting it in food or yogurt.

This is only a review on the taste and solubility. I haven’t had it long enough to notice any health benefits. The taste is tolerable. It’s best in something with a strong flavor so you don’t have to taste it much. I found a fruit smoothie works best. I also found that it does not dissolve well in hot beverages. It tends to settle quickly and you end up chewing your coffee a bit. Hopefully over time I can see the health benefits and raise the rating.

I take this every day in my coffee. The unflavored best for that unless you like flavors in your coffee. I accidentally bought cinnamon flavor and I’ll have to use it even if I prefer unflavored my hair was falling out in chunks because of different surgeries.
