Ancient Nutrition is a wonderful product! I just switched to this to burn more calories, still getting protein, collagen and vitamins. Easily dissolved in a cup of coffee with a hint of cinnamon. I’m fussy so if it was gross it would be tossed. I actually add more cinnamon to my coffee! Yummy!

I watched the commercials on TV thinking the promises about this product were not true but somehow I ordered it anyhow. I’ve only been using about 2 weeks and I can see my nails and skin look much better. Some facial wrinkle have diminished. I plan to reorder it as a subscription and can’t wait to see additional changes. I can’t detect any smell but it doesn’t dissolve easily. I must continually stir it in my morning coffee and still have some undissolved powder in the cup when I have finished it. It is supposed to have a cinnamon taste and when I use it in my coffee it does alter the taste but it it isn’t nasty tasting. I wish it had 30 servings instead of 25 in the box. Overall I am a happy customer due to the results I have had.

It does not mix well in my coffee, no matter how much I stir it. There is always a clump on the bottom of my cup. At first the taste is a little gross but I got used to it. I did finish one can and chose to try longer for any weigh loss. So far I see none. I will go back to the original collagen I had been using for years once this can is done.

I drink mostly herbal teas ,noticed this multi-collagen advanced did not dissolve as well as the original. Love the taste of the cinnamon.

Absolutely love this because it’s totally doing the job have lost 9 lbs in one month my digestive system is working so very much better it mixes well with my morning smoothie! Highly recommended.

I’m giving this 4 stars for now since I just started using it in my fruit smoothies. At first, I couldn’t find the scoop because it was buried at the bottom of the container, so I used a tablespoon instead. I didn’t notice much of a change in flavor, but the texture was slightly thicker—which didn’t bother me. Once I found the scoop, I realized it holds a bit more than a tablespoon. When I used the full scoop, I could definitely taste a difference. For now, I think I’ll stick with the tablespoon measurement since I prefer the milder flavor. Some supplement feels better than none. It’s still early, so time will tell how effective it is, but so far it’s been filling and works well in my smoothies.
