SamsungMS23K3513AK Solo Microwave, 23 Litre, Black

Heats food just as well as any other 800W I've used. Looks gorgeous, easy to operate. Unfortunately quite noisy, to the point I worry about disturbing my neighbours at night time. Registering warranty was really easy as I already own a registered Samsung phone. I just scanned the QR code sticker on the microwave and it was taken care of in seconds. Overall really happy, and just hope it lasts a lot longer than the cheaper microwaves I've had so far!

Good brand. I love Samsung products, this microwave is amazing, easy to use, it has got multifunctions which is very good for choice, Good value for money.

I bought this microwave as the one we had (which was gifted to us) was on its last legs, literally rusting and falling apart. Decided to go with this one as I'm a fan of both Samsung and black electronics, so seemed like a no brainer. The mostly positive reviews didn't hurt either.I must say that the microwave does look and feel more premium than our previous model (the brand escapes me) but it was a white 900w, 21 litre capacity. This microwave has tons of great features and as I said, it has a premium aesthetic, while also not breaking the bank. While it does have great features and design however, it is lacking a bit in other areas.Firstly the controls could be better (and actually explained) in the "manual." For example, I wanted to test out the soften feature. Instead of being able to press "Soften/Melt" then select a number from 1-4 (depending on what you're softening) and pressing start, you have to press the "Select/Clock" button and THEN start. It's only one extra step and I really don't mind it now that I know, but it doesn't tell you this in the instructions, which almost led me to believe the thing arrived faulty.My other gripe is how underpowered it seems. Despite being only 100w less power, it seems like it takes nearly twice as long to heat similar things as my old microwave. I can understand a small increase in time, but double seems a bit much. And lastly, and this one is pretty minor, the screen on the door is SUPER dark. You will not be able to see what's inside the microwave, even while it's cooking. Seems a bit nit-picky, but it's a strange thing when you consider most other makes and models don't have that issue.Other than that it's a great little microwave, and if you can ignore the minor quirks, I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I do.

Bought on a whim in two minutes with the only criteria being the wattage & price.Went with Samsung as I have multiple other items from them already.Sat in the same price bracket as other brands that I've had poor experiences with in the past with microwaves so took a punt without reading the features.What a surprise, steams, cooks, dryes out, defrosts & loads of other features including warming things up!A steal for the price as the features are vast.

Not the best. And overpriced. I only paid 98 for this mircorwave on a prime day deal and even that was too much. I would have returned it because of how long it takes to heat food up, previous microwaves I'd get piping hot food in 2.5-3 mins max. This one it's 4-5 mins minimum. The only reason I didn't return it is I bought it october due to the deal, before my kitchen was fitted and didn't get round to unboxing it until December so it was too late.3 stars and not 1 because I do like some of the handy functions on it, the quick defrosts and softening modes are really useful and I use them quite often, though given the chance I wouldn't buy this microwave again, I'd go for a Panasonic or something. I'm a big fan of Samsung products but they've let me down with this one which is a shame
