Refreshing Quality!
Extremely impressed with this renewed/excellent condition rated laptop. It looks and operates like brand new. The store ,ThinkPad Refurbished Computers, has really impressed me with their attention to detail and pride in their work. Laptop came with an inspection sheet that was signed by both person's that inspected and renewed both the hardware and software. Will definitely buy from them again! Very pleased...

The laptop they sent me is a complete lemon. First time I booted it, it got stuck at "checking for updates" during initial setup for 2 hours. Then when I finally got into windows, I couldn't install anything because it kept saying I don't have admin (on the computer I just set up...). No fixes online worked besides completely wiping the machine & reinstalling windows. After doing that, it now thinks I don't have a legitimate copy of Windows - because it probably didn't come with one to begin with. You get what you pay for with these guys. Not doing this again.

Arrived in ‘like new’ condition.
The laptop was very well packed, shipped promptly and came with a checklist from the seller confirming everything had been tested and worked. The machine looked new. So far it is performing great and I saved a lot purchasing refurbished. Happy customer.

Charger didn't work
Why did you pick this product vs others?: The charger that came with the laptop did not work. It arrived with enough charge to start setting it up, but I had no way to re-charge it once it died.

Excelente equipo, me llegó en condiciones casi nuevas.
En general llegó en buenas condiciones y en tiempo. Con más de 1 mes de uso y sigue jalando excelentemente. Aunque es una segunda generación de este modelo, las especificaciones siguen siendo muy competentes en el mercado. Algunas de las cosas que no gustaron fue que estoy usando más espacio del disco duro del que me gustaría, pero bueno; además que el teclado está en inglés, pero creo voy a comprar uno en español latino aparte y cambiarlo, al parecer no es tan difícil. Y para finalizar unos de los puertos USB A de repente se desconecta al principio que era cuetion de drivers, pero más bien es algo físico, pero nada que sea grave para mi. Saludos.

Nada recomendable
Recibí un teclado solamente , hice el reclamo y solo me dan largas sin ninguna respuesta ni mucho menos una solución, no lo recomiendo es una perdida de dinero y tiempo

Buen producto no dan factura fiscal
En buenas condiciones y funciona correctamente, esteticamemente muy bien. Respecto al tema de que no facturan la venta no comprendo los motivos, conforme a la ley toda empresa residente fiscal en México esta obligada a emitir cfdis por las ventas realizadas y no un simple recibo.

Bastante bien.
Tengo varios meses con ella y en general es bastante buena, espero que dure para largo pero me imagino que no habra problema. Llego muy bien, el cable del cargador vino un poco descarapelado y a los meses tuve que reemplazarlo, pero la computadora ha cumplido en su proposito, llegando en buen estado y demostrando ser resistente, se ve que si hicieron una buena revision. Espero me dure unos cuantos a;os.
