Work as they should
These cabinet hinges make such a difference with the soft close feature. No more slamming doors! Installation was straightforward, and the 100° opening angle is perfect. They’re durable and work really well. My cabinets feel so much more premium now. Definitely worth the upgrade!

Workable but not heavy duty
We had to replace old hinges and these were some of the few with the correct 48mm screw spacing. Even then, it was necessary to place plastic inserts in the holes. Also, after mounting two doors there was a 1" space separating the doors that could not be adjusted. We had to remove the hinges and place additional wood strips on both sides of the cabinet opening to make the doors meet in the middle (picture shows lighter color wood where strip was installed). They were relatively inexpensive but not sure how long they will hold up as they don't appear to be heavy duty.

High quality
As anyone knows who have done the initial install on these, they are not super easy to install. However, if you are replacing them it would be super easy. These are heavyweight and high quality. I definitely recommend them.

only soft close if you open it wide enough
If I barely opened the door then let it go, the door would slam shut without activating the slow close.the door also wants to swing open at full speed when opening about 90 degrees. I have a wall there, and it hit it multiple times.feels gimmicky

Good replacement hinges for cabinets
They are well made, didnt see any defects. Please be very mindful of the sizes, hinges are not universal.Fortunately there is plenty of measurements to ensure you are purchasing the correct ones for your need. They do have the slow close mechanism which helps a lot. Not intended for heavy load doors, but rather cabinets. Each set comes with screws, but no guides for drilling. Overall a great value.

Poor Quality Controls and Materials but They Work
The HOSOM 20 Pack 1/2 inch Overlay Soft Close Cabinet Hinges were at a good price so I ordered them to use on my kitchen remodel project. I am getting ready to start construction on the new cabinets so these looked pretty good. The functionality of these hinges are pretty standard and they have the normal adjustments to fine fit the door to the cabinet. The soft close function works well with a slow close after a bump on the door. But that is where the good stops. There are quality control issues and the materials used are thinner or flimsier than some of the other hinges I have used in the past. For quality control the very first package I opened, one of the hinges would not close all the way. I started investigating and there is a loose screw floating inside the mechanism. I circled the screw in pics three and four so your eye can locate the screw. There is no way for this screw to be removed without destroying the hinge. This means the screw was in there when the hinge was assembled.I have not gone through all twenty hinges, but even on one it demonstrates the lack of quality controls in the manufacturing processes of these hinges. For the quality of materials it is harder for me to pinpoint if it is a lesser gauge of materials used or a cheaper metal used. You tap on it and it sounds tinny. You look at the pins that hold the hinge together and all the hinges are slightly bent and nothing seems to be in alignment. They function, but the quality of materials is lacking.CONCLUSIONI am debating on even if I will use these hinges. The last thing you want after hours and hours of carpentry is to have your project turn out so so because you went cheap on one item. Yes, I certainly could replace the hinges later with a higher quality hinge if these start failing, but do I want to take that risk for additional work down the line. If you are on a tight budget, these might work well for you, but I would recommend spending a little more now than redoing and spending even more later.
