I have tried other protein pastas and strongly disliked them, including chick pea ones. These however, I love! Having an extra boost of protein in a meal, without tasting it or even realizing it? Yes please!!!

Past us truly taste terrific and just like they're the regular ones without the nutritious fiber packed in all of them. I can feel less guilty as a pre-diabetic eating these because of the low glycemic index on them. Perfect when cooked in olive oil and topped with pasta sauce and the price is pretty fair as well. Can find them regularly at Whole Foods too

The best gluten free pasta I have tried. Cooks and has the texture of gluten pasta. The six pack is a good value in comparison to the grocery store.

A total win in our house! The flavors are delicious, creamy, and way better than your average boxed pasta. My toddler absolutely loves it — which says a lot, because he’s picky! I love that it’s not only tasty but also has better ingredients and extra nutrition. It’s quick, easy to make, and family-approved. Definitely a pantry staple for us now!

I’ve been meal prepping some high protein pasta recipes and these have the additional protein I was looking for. No one in my family has noticed the change from traditional pasta to the Goodles. These are great for trying to add some protein to your kids meals as well! The only downside is having to use two boxes for a lb of pasta. Pasta is normally so cheap but this one is not. I guess you get what you pay for! 4/5 stars due to price/quantity.
