Mix well, bake at 160°, couldn’t fault it! *by C***E on 31 October 2025* I used 2 packs with oatmilk & coconut oil and was very pleased with the results! I let my mixer do its thing for 2 minutes to get some air in the mixture as another review said they don’t rise much and the instructions don’t mention mixing well - i think all packet mixes benefit from a good mix. I got 23 cupcakes (using a medium icecream scoop) and baked at 160° fan (gluten free needs lower/slower baking) for 20 minutes and they were perfect! Good rise and light cakey texture. Topped with a swirl of vegan buttercream. Yum!
