Comfortable, ergonomic, looks nice, a bit pricey.
Quite comfortable, very ergonomic, esthetically pleasing visually, and customer service is good. Mine came with an odd anomaly where my right armrest won't lock in certain directions directly out of the box, I spoke with Razer support ASAP and they shipped me out a replacement armrest immediately. If I had to list a con I would say it's the pillow. A magnetic mounted pillow like the secret labs would have been better especially for the price you pay for this thing. Otherwise I'm please with this chair.

My son loves it! Version 2 has great upgrades!
We have the first version of this chair and unfortunately some metal piece snapped off in the base and it was pass the warranty, so we ordered a new one. It's for my 27 year old son who isn't a gamer but is an artist and spends a lot of time on his computer. This chair is very well made and sturdy. Unfortunately we must have gotton a bad part in the first chair. The detail and improvements on the 2nd version is a nice improvement and overall my son is just as happy.

Better thana hoped for!
Just got my Iskur V2 this afternoon. I was going to put off assembling it until later until I read the instructions - VERY EASY AND SIMPLE assembly! So I just dived in and it was done in less than 30 minutes. How to describe the quality and feel? One word - INCREDIBLE!!!!! Super comfortable - the lumbar support and cushioned head rest.....I could have gamed all night!!! Plain and simple - I can't recommend this chair high enough!

Best chair I've used
Being someone with a history of mid back and tail bone injury, I've been on a perpetual hunt for the next, more comfortable chair. As a result, I've purchased many chairs in recent years from budget brands like Staples and Serta to premium marques like Herman Miller, all in hopes to find 'the one." Of course, none were satisfactory as I always find myself shifting positions within 10 minutes of sitting in them. Consequently, part of my garage has been serving as a makeshift chair graveyard. The Razer Iskur V2 is the first chair that I can sit in for long periods of time allowing me to finish multiple tasks at my desk without disruption. The seat cushion is firm and supportive. The lumbar can be adjusted high enough to relief my mid back, and the constant free motion allows it to follow the natural movement of my body offering continuous support. The covering for the seat is "EPU leather" per Razer, but feels more like thick, woven fabric with no hint of leather feel whatsoever. It has better breathability than PU leather but can still get pretty warm on hot and humid days. Nonetheless, it feels soft on bare skin. The seat has some odd thumb nail sized protrusions near the inner edge of each bolster that can be felt through the cushion if you press on those spots. I thought those would create painful pressure points on my outer thighs, but I couldn't feel their presence while sitting.Lastly, the tilt tensioner has some mighty strong spring! If you are a petite person, don't expect the reactive seat tilt to react whatsoever.Overall, I am very pleased with the Iskur V2. After years of searching, I have finally found a (near) perfect chair for me.

Great chair but…
Best part about this chair is the durability. I really like how the base of the arm rests and seat is mostly made out of metal and durable. The EPU leather is the perfect choice because it prevents stains. The only thing I would suggest razer should do Is to have a Razor Iskur V2 or XL version with their newer chairs having seats bigger in size. I feel like the backrest isn’t wide enough. And maybe a built in leg rest for a more comfortable experience when laying down as other chairs of this kind have this feature. From my experience the seat cushions are a bit uncomfortable because they feel stiff. Razor should focus a bit more on comfort.
