They work fantastic!
This is like the 3rd different brand and type I've bought since the 1st of this year, they work fantastic!, very affordable and the other 2 sets of different brands and type were virtually useless and I sent them back, I paid $140.00 and $180.00 for the other 2 sets because I wanted bluetooth, 1 set worked okay for awhile but not long, and the bluetooth had issues and neither set was all that comfortable and didn't stay in right, these hearing aids, 1 hearing aid last me all day and night and very comfortable, these are made by Phonak, the same people that made my expensive pair that cost $7,000.00 10-years ago when my insurance covered a large part of the cost. They aren't hideous looking, I'm not worried that they don't look like a fashion accessory, I'm not self-conscious about how they look (and they look fine to me), what I am self-conscious about would be repeatedly asking someone to keep repeating what they are saying and that is annoying to both myself and those trying to talk to me.I'm in my early 60's and have always had hearing issues and almost 20 surgeries and could use more surgery but won't have to as long as these do the job.Back to being concerned about how they look (and they are fine), if someone is put off by how they look that much then I just as not hear what they have to say, it's not like you have 3 ears or anything.Feel good about yourself and hear what you are missing out on.

For what they are, they're great!
My new puppy ate my hearing aids. I bought these to bridge the gap before my new hearing aids would arrive. These are not a substitute for hearing aids. They are bulky, pick up all noise. However they do the job.I am able to hear the television, and normal conversations.

Everyone’s hearing is different!
Used for primarily TV watching and it did not perform for me. They are probably excellent for others, but were not comfortable in my opinion.

They are definitely worth the money
I have a $900 Jabra Enhance Pro hearing aid for one of my ears, which is quite good. It offers many features. I bought these hearing aids because I had a perforated eardrum which reduced hearing in my good ear by more than 90%. I purchased these hearing aids as a temporary measure while my ear heals. I was immediately impressed, if not astounded, by how much they improved my hearing. Are they as good as my $900 hearing aid? No, and in many ways. They echo a bit, cannot be controlled by an app, and do not provide noise cancelling features. And, they are far more visible. They are probably not for those concerned about their appearance. Still, if you want to be able to hear, and/or experiment with hearing aids before purchasing an expensive pair, these are excellent for the price.

Hearing aid amplifier
Didn’t work to help my husband’s hearing.

Easy to use.
I like that it fits around the ear but is not obtrusive. My 81 year old mother is able to handle them on her own.
