Rugged and well made
This product is much sturdier than we thought it would be. It has larger tires than most scooters and is fairly heavy giving it a nicer ride. It is a bit louder than some, but nothing too concerning. Battery life is as advertised. The addition of a battery life indicator would be very helpful. Great for the price. This is a recreational scooter and should not be confused with the pricey commuter variations that go faster and have more battery life.

12 year old loves it
This scooter is awesome. Its super sturdy and really fast. Full sized adults can ride no issue ( battery probably won't last as long). Got this for my 12 year old and she loves it. It works in gravel and grass and is so fast on paved road. Light enough to be lifted by one person. Its a little bulky for travel but that's ok. I will say ours came banged up in the package. Check the box well before assembling.

Fantastic fun but Beware of the acceleration!
Was absolutely pleased with MNInnovations service and the razor scooter. Instructions were clear, was easily assembled. Charged a full 24 hours as indicated in instructions. Being a mature individual (75) had not been on 2 wheel scooter for many years. Took a while to get the feel for getting on the scooter and keeping balance. WARNING! Acceleration is Extreme! Once this is mastered, riding is a complete pleasure. I have a hip problem and difficult to walk, but standing is no difficulty, so standing on the scooter zipping down the Road with my dog in pursuit , she loves the excitement and exercise, both our lives have improved. We are quite the spectacle in the neighborhood , the OLD man and his dog ! My only complaint was with the delivery service. I have a long driveway and they just dumped it in the driveway at the edge of the street. I won't name the service for fear of backlash from Delivery Man.

Bad batteries, discontinued model number
I purchased 2, E100 scooters for my children for Christmas. Seemed like fun and a good idea to ride around the neighborhood with them so I purchased this E325 to ride with them. The E100s seem to work as advertised so far. However, I am having issues with the E325. There seems to be a battery issue. It is advertised as up to 15mph but the fastest I have gotten mine to go is just above 11mph after a fresh charge on flat ground. After a few minutes of riding even the E100s will go faster than it even if the same weight rider is on them both. When I have ridden with the kids around our neighborhood which is mostly flat they seem to be able to ride the advertised 10mph/40mins (as advertised for that model) or so and about 4 or 5 miles total where the E325 battery only last about 15 mins/11mph (advertised up to 15) tops and of the three times I have tracked the mileage around the neighborhood with my phone it has gotten 1.9, 2.4, and 2.2 miles on a full charge before the batteries are dead. It seems to be getting half or a third of the advertised time and distance vs the E100s. Even when I got my wife to ride my sons E100 with me on the same path as me who is 110 pounds (close to the E100 max) riding my sons E100 while I at 170 pounds rode my E325 it still dies in half the time and distance as the E100.The chain tensions seems fine, the tires are fully aired up, and the wheels spin freely without any brake drag. After doing some research I probably should have gotten the E300 if a razor scooter at all. It appears at one time the 325 and 300 were different with different throttles but now there is no difference and it appears razor is discontinuing the 325 model number altogether. In fact on the razor webpage they make you enter your full long model code to look up parts for the scooter, works fine for the kids E100 but acts like this model code does not even exist and I can only assume through research that it will have the same batteries as an E300.I have emailed razor customer support like the packaging ask but no response yet from them, I will give them the benefit of the doubt since we are coming out of the holiday season of Christmas and New Years for now and if they resolve my problem I will update the review and rating. I have not contacted the vender yet but the return policy says I have to pay shipping back which could be expensive for this size of an item if I return it.So anyway I now have a scooter that is a discontinued model with probably old or defective batteries. Razor for some reason made it so the wire harness is solder to the battery making it so if you buy from them the batteries are about 50 bucks a piece and it needs two. It appears some decent third party batteries exist for about 50 bucks for both but I would have to mod the wiring harness to install them wasting more time.So I have a few options if razor does not make it right. I can return it to the vender through Amazon and have to pay shipping back which may be more than just buying batteries, I can order batteries from razor which would be expensive and at that point would not want to do if they left me hanging on not replacing them, I can buy third party batteries that would put me 40 or so in the hole along with a lot of time and effort to change on what should have been a new scooter. My wife almost order one for herself at first until we realized this one had issues. Luckily she did not.So let all my time and effort of research and speed/distance measuring help you so you don’t waste time and money as well.I am giving this a low rating because one mine had issues and did not work as advertised and two at the time of this review it is a discontinued model even the manufacturer does not recognized it when it comes to ordering replacement part directly but cost the same as the E300. I would suggest not buying this discontinued model unless you can get it for significantly less than the E300 model since this one is already discontinued. Or maybe look into buying a different brand altogether if you still want an electric scooter.Update: Moved from 1 star to 3. After a week razor got back to me and sent out new batteries. Took another week to get them but seemed to have improved the performance and last a lot longer. About five miles or so now.

Perfect! My 13 year old daughter loves it
Razor E325: Perfect! My 13 year old daughter loves it. It goes fast, not like the ones for smaller kids. Only downside is that the battery doesn't last very long. Starts out super speedy and zippy, then maybe 15-20 minutes later slows down to where she says it's not as fun (and wants to re-charge it again). I knew this going into it though, so it is what I expected. Would be nice if they had a battery upgrade of some kind that could hold a longer charge. Arrived on time, perfect condition, etc.

Don’t waste your money!
Bought this for Christmas for our daughter... she couldn’t use it until May due to weather. This scooter worked great for 6 weeks- now it doesn’t work at all! They only have a 30 day return policy- so we are out of luck.
