First plant arrived very wet and leaves were falling off. I contacted the seller and they sent Mr a beautiful replacement. Thank you SO MUCH!!!

I can't stress this enough...pull your plant out of the pot immediately to check for root rot! I will never buy a plant from this place again. Instead my recommendation is to buy from Costa Farms if you want to buy online but anyway, when I received my plant it looked spectacular! Full, lush, and green with exception of two yellow leaves. My thinking was I bought it online, of course they over watered it a bit, it has a long way to travel! I mean the packaging was secure and on top of that I get most of my plants online and that seems to be the practice. SO imagine my curiosity when a couple days later I notice a couple of more yellow leaves. Weird I thought but I pulled them and this time I accidentally pulled a leaf. A leave that was on a stem without a node shoved into the pot. If you are looking to propagate you need a node for a root to grow. Upon seeing this I of course brought it outside to inspect and was I in for a surprise, all the outside leafs on stems where simply shoved into the pot and all were without nodes. What that meant to me is a ploy to make it look more full than it was. Once I pulled them I got the whole plant out of the pot and the root rot!! I couldn't save it. I wanted to save it so I am propagating as much as I can but it is not promising. To recap, I got my plant that was safely secure and lush, beautiful, and green, I threw away the order paperwork. Please don't because they have a 24 hour policy but I tried anyway. I spent $25 for root rot but I am writing this review AFTER contacting them. Negotiations have been taking place for 3 days. I sent pictures and gave them a snapshot of my order information I got on Amazon. You know what I got for a response? That I purchased this plant from Costa Farms when I didn't? I checked and nope I purchased from them so that is how their customer service goes. In the end I took a chance by not buying from Costa Farms in which I have had so much luck and decided to try them. I won't again and I suggest you don't either. P.S. I have had to to replace one plant from Costa Farms (looking back it was completely my bad) and their customer service was superb.

I received my cebu 2 weeks ago, it arrived well packed and 6" pot was very full and plant was healthy and beautiful. It's already putting out new growth. Very happy customer.

The plant was packaged well but there was no indication on the box what was right side up so I opened the package upside down and a bunch of soil dumped out. The plan looks healthy but smaller than I was expecting. Other reviews showed this plant had a ton of long trailing shoots cascading over a foot. Though a little pricey for the size, it does seem healthy so I guess that makes up for the price. At least I know it won’t die right away.

Great company. They sent me a plant that looked like it had been damaged by cold. The leaves started turning yellow in just a few days. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement, a very healthy plant! The replacement looked lovely and had many more leaves. I also think it shipped in better weather. 🪴 so happy with the transaction, I will definitely purchase from them again. Once my husbands ban on more new plants has been lifted. Thank you.

I feel miss-leaded by the description and what I truly got. The plant is not full at all, and it has some weird dark marks on almost all the leaves. It was also dirty - had white cast on leaves. There is no tracing leaves either

It looked fine. But durt leeked out of the side of the box before i opened it. I threw it out after i remembered I'm allergic to pette moss. It gave post nasal drip. Plant looked nice but very wet.
