Based on first use, great product. I used the pushup function and the ab roller. Total of 50 deep pushups and ab rolls. No cheat pushups. I tried a different hand position with each set of 10. By the end, my arms were struggling. Very effective. Ab roller is an ab roller, it burns. Used it about twenty minutes ago and my arms are still feeling the pump. Overall feels sturdy, good grips, and the variety of positions makes it interesting to use. It also comes with a bag for easy transport or storage.

I haven’t had the chance to use this push-up board and home gym set yet because it’s a Christmas gift for my son, but I’m really impressed with everything that comes in the box. The kit includes the push-up board, Pilates bar, resistance bands, ab roller, and a bunch of accessories — definitely a complete setup for full-body workouts at home. Everything looks well-made and sturdy, and the pieces fit together nicely. It’s compact and portable, which is exactly what I was looking for. If the performance matches the quality and variety of the equipment, I think my son is going to love it. I’ll update the review once he’s had a chance to put it to use, but so far, it seems like a great purchase!

This is a pretty good product. I like how there are different items that come with the board and how the board is very compatible for more space when its packed away. Handles are a little loose but still useable.

This is great for in home workout. Push up board is solid, the handles remain in place as they should. Instructions aren’t really there but it’s pretty simple and self explanatory. The 40lbs-180lbs resistance bands are great, the door buckle is great. The only reason this doesn’t get a 5 star review is because the ankle straps are poorly designed, they’re made with Velcro so when you’re trying to use them for leg workouts the come un-strapped immediately so they’re essentially pointless. Edit: This is being changed to 5 stars because I kept messing with it and discovered the first time I was strapping them improperly. They work perfect when you strap them perfect. Definitely recommend this for people with kids that don’t have time to go workout so they have to do it at home.

The board is a great pickup if you don't always have time to go to the gym. It works out multiple different muscle groups like it says (with push ups and with the other workouts you can do with the bands it provides). Plus the bag makes it very convenient to store and carry its materials. Only thing I wish they did better was have a better weekly workout split guide in the paper they give you, but luckily you can easily find that on TikTok or Youtube.

Great for pushups - use-less when using the bands - if you step on the push-up board, the plastic will break.. kind of defeats the purpose of attaching the bands to the board, to the included bar, to then do squats on... if you don't step on the board to do squats in this scenario, then the board will go flying... if you do step on the board, it will break.. quite the conundrum. If you're using this strictly for push-ups it is amazing. If you're using the bands without the board (ie. using the door jam) the bands work fine. Combining the two is a disaster and I would not recommend. Overall, good bang for the buck, but the quality of the board and the safety concerns of the board going flying make this only a 3 star. Probably wouldn't buy this product again, but also not unhappy with it given the price.

I only use the push up board but its pretty handy to focus different parts of the arm. Its easy to assemble and fairly sturdy. I use it for every home workout which is almost everyday now. Stability is mostly there but not perfect. In general I think this is a great purchase.
